“Lovely stay in a lovely apartment”
+Perfect location for our stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished and impeccable clean. The owners communicated very well with us. They were very kind and accommodating about a slightly later check out.
−A lock on the bathroom door would make a big difference - with two double bedrooms in the property there's a good chance that guests could be sharing the apartment with friends and not many people want friends walking in on them when they're in the bathroom.

“Stylish, comfortable property”
+A comfortable property with good facilities. Love the stonework. We were at a wedding locally and only at the property literally to sleep. Wish we had booked a couple of nights.

“Good value appartment in a great area.”
+The appartment was well equiped and was in the perfect location for the event we was visiting. The rooms were a good size and the kitchen/lounge area was comfortable. The adjacent Cafe and farm shop were very convenient also.
−The lighting in the lounge was a little dim and there is a couple of DIY jobs that would make the appartment complete. ( fire alarm break glass needs attaching to wall, kitchen sink tap is loose and could do with some hooks for coats etc in hall. With many of the windows not able to be opened it would be good to have fans in both bedrooms for cooling/ventilation.

“Lovely property could be improved with a little more attention to detail and a few customer care adjustments”
+Great interior, good space, good provision of dinnerware and utensils, clean well laundered bedlinen, good quality towels. Welcome supply of tea,coffee and sugar available. Bathroom was nicely appointed and personal care gels and lotions provided. Wall mounted TV in one of the bedrooms. Comfortable sofas. Although on a quite busy road the property was well insulated against traffic noise.
−No opening windows in bedrooms - not sure if this meets fire regs but it was also hot and only one relatively weak fan was provided. No information booklet introducing guests to the property and its workings. Mop and bucket and vacuum just parked in the living kitchen - would be better housed in an enclosed cupboard. A few untended to cobwebs but worst of all was dirty clothing from a previous occupant in bedside drawer -ugh! Toilet brush really filthy - only 50p to replace regularly ensuring guests have a nice clean one. Fire alarm hanging off wall. Shower head fixed at approximately 5’7” - a little low down for many adults. Second bedroom a little tight to get around double bed and maybe a chair in the bedrooms would be useful to park clothing and/or bags. Only 3 sofa spaces in lounge in a rental for four people. Quite narrow steps up to front door - not a problem but guests need to be aware. Edging on breakfast bar hanging off. A bit of under cupboard lighting above the kitchen counter would have been helpful when cooking after dark. Lots of old glassware and only one wine glass. −Around 3 am we had a couple banging on the window and door which was a bit frightening I suppose thats due to the property being on the main road
