“We travelled as a group of seven for our annual car show. We were grateful to find this cozy, clean and quiet home.”
+I like that it was clean and spacious, the master suite was gorgeous. We had everything we needed, including indoor parking as we had our specialty cars. The back deck was cozy. The home was well decorated.
−We did not need to use it much, but the television options unless we didn’t understand them cut out.

“A lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood comfortably decorated and clean.”
+The house was a great size - bedrooms were large, nice bathrooms and the common areas were perfect for all of us.
−We would have preferred to see a regular coffee maker or French press as we are big coffee drinkers…or at least more pods. Also, it would have been good to have measuring cups available as we were cooking for ourselves.

+The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated. The location was fantastic, close to the highway and around an hour east to Toronto and an hour the other way to Niagara Falls.

“Highly recommend. Great value, and well maintained.”
+Everything was kept in nicer condition. 3 fully functional bathrooms allowed for the family to prepare to go out quickly. Indoor parking was a bonus. Easy access to 401, makes it a great spot to stop on route to somewhere, or to go something in the Kitchener/Cambridge area.
−The place was amazing, highly recommend. With that said, the pictures/name are a lie, it's not a villa or Riverside, it's a house in a cul-du-sac. You can EASILY walk to some of the places shown, but the property does not touch the river (this isn't a symantics thing, you have no riverside access without going to the conversation area). Being a little more transparent in advertising takes this from a strong recommendation to a can't miss (someone could easily think they can have a glass of wine by the river by the way this was framed).

“Perfect place for a short stay or an extended stay. Stylist and comfortable for 5-7 people - family or friend group.”
+Beautifully presented property with excellent facilities. Located near to freeway without getting road noise, also very close to lovely river walks and two golf courses. Also not far from shops and conveniences. The hostess was super friendly and very helpful with advice. Also lovely bird life and wild life right off the balcony.
−Nothing to not like! 👍
