“Unwelcoming, not dog friendly and uncomfortable.”
+The bedding looked clean enough but the accommodation itself was that off putting that we chose not to stay.
−- Arriving at the accommodation there was a dead pigeon outside. The main red door looked like it had been caved in and was not locked. As you open the main door you are greeted with someone else’s apartment, stone stairs and the back door that Leeds onto a yard, there was an overloaded shed in the yard with equipment lay around that would be unsafe for dogs to be around and also the washing line was full of someone’s washing. - We used the key code to get in, opening the door there was a musty smell. There were muddy foot prints on the carpet, dead flies on the windowsills and the sofa looked like it had been attempted to be clean but was still marked and dirty. - I would only describe this accommodation as what looked and felt like a HMO. We felt that uncomfortable that we left and made other arrangements. Upon telling this to the owner, I was told that a cleaner had been in that day and that I cannot have a refund.

“Poor value, problematic start.ongoing issues”
+Location
−1. Poorly cleaned- fridge switched off but with old food left in it. Used coke can and other debris down side of sofa. 2. Toilet not working when we arrived - to be fair a plumber was sent round very promptly but couldn’t fix it on spot but workaround temporary solution done . Owner said previous occupants had only left 2 days before so how come they nor cleaners spotted toilet problem? Sack your cleaners….. 3. Front door lock took several attempts to open 4. WiFi never worked
