“Very pleasant once I got parked”
+Fantastic views from the windows
−I was given a lecture upon my arrival by the property security for the hosts renting out their apartment on booking when they shouldn’t be doing so. Very unpleasant. Then the security guard told us to be careful where we parked and make sure the parking space number matched the apartment number which resulted in me spending an hour trying to find the correct parking space then ringing the hosts who contradicted what the security told me

−It’s not a hotel and constantly reminded by security that not permitted to be there. We thought we were booking an apartment in a hotel complex. It’s not in a hotel complex.

“Lovely apartment uncertain about its future as a host”
+Clean safe secure apartment
−We arrived to be told by the receptionist that we shouldn’t be staying there as it’s a residential apartment block and the tenants were having an ongoing dispute solicitors letters etc to stop the owners from letting out the apartment each night . We got to spend the night but we were very uncomfortable and uncertain about the whole matter and left very early the next morning .

“Good location in Belfast, great view”
+Great view, good location to walk in Belfast eg pubs, shops, Titanic Quarter. Nice apartment. Portable fans
−Only 1 pillow per person. Only 1 bedside light per bed Apartment got very warm as sun rose. No curtains on lounge window to help. Curtains in bedrooms but still warm.

“Fabulous! A comfortable stay.”
+The location is fabulous. So central. Walking distance up Titanic Museum something we wanted to see. Easy walking distance to major city attractions, pubs and restaurants. We had a very comfortable stay. The managers of the property were extremely obliging and helpful and very prompt with responding to queries. We had a very enjoyable stay in Belfast.
−We found the phone system for entry to building a little tricky but it was not a major problem.

+Fantastic view from apartment. Tea and coffee supplied which is always great. Nice and clean. Great location to walk to all attractions.
−Unfortunately there was not enough hot water, so unable to take a shower. On contacting owner they informed that there was a boost button for this. However no information was left in the apartment to solve this issue at the time.

“I would definitely stay here again……..just for longer next time!”
+The location was great and there is a nice view from the apartment. Towel rads were firm favourite……no more damp towels! Host was very responsive and went out of her way to be helpful.
