“Had a great weekend”
+I liked being on the river and super close to everything including lakes and downtown.
−Lots of cob webs on ceiling fans, behind the microwave and other places above the dining table. We had to move to a different location last minute, because, according to the employee who called me, said there were issues with the deck on the cabin I originally chose, to a smaller cabin with less beds, less rooms and less bathrooms but was not compensated in any way for the inconvenience.

“Catfish cabin”
+The view.
−Everything was disgusting!!! The door knob to the front door was unattached..you could see outside from how unattached it was..we didn't feel safe at all. The floors were filthy I had to go buy cleaning products because the mop that was provided looked like something from a horror film! The air conditioner didn't work so although the bedrooms had a window air conditioner it wasn't enough to cool the whole house down so we tried opening the windows but very few actually have a screen. Outside furniture was broken. The shower & the shower curtain were nasty as well. The couch was broken...holes in the wall. Last but not least the beds were extremely hard. And they had the audacity to charge a hefty cleaning fee as well as ask for a tip! Lol. We stayed here last year & it was comfortable back then don't know what happened but I'll NEVER come back! Oh & Alicia upfront has an attitude from hell. Very rude..couldn't even look up to say hello. Definitely NOT something I would sit upfront as a first impression to the company.

“expected more. we stay at a lot of vacation rentals and this as to be the worst.”
+location
−it was not very clean. floors was dirty, walls was dirty, fans was dirty, had old dog pee on everything, no central ac or heater. fans was noisy. needs rock in the drive and to the steps we walked in the mud everyday to get to the door. it looks like the property is still under construction with things not finished.
