“Beautiful apartment in the perfect location”
+Large, spacious, clean, and excellent location with beautiful outlook onto a park and the river.. Near to restaurants and tourist attractions.
−Would have liked to be able to use the washing machine but in the information booklet it said to use a nearby laundromat, and there wasn't an iron.

+Ivan was terrific. He met us at the apartment to show us in, and he was careful to make sure we were okay. The apartment is very spacious with excellent coffee. It's in a perfect location- close to everything but very quiet

“Toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft - absolute Empfehlung!”
+Das Apartment ist in einem wunderschönen alten Haus, toll renoviert und hat alles, was man für eine Städtereise braucht. Die Lage ist optimal - man ist in 5 Min. an der Karlsbrücke und in 10 Min. in der Altstadt. Superschöner Blick auf die Moldau und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Wenn wir nochmal nach Prag kommen, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Parken kann man gut bei Mr. Parkit. Das Parkhaus erreicht man in ca. 7 Min. günstig mit Uber.

“Sehr schönes Apartment in super Lage”
+Das Apartment liegt in sehr guter Lage direkt am Ufer auf der kleinen Seite. Zur Burg sind es 15 min zu Fuß den Berg hoch. Die U-Bahn und Straßenbahn Station sind um die Ecke. Das Apartment River View liegt sehr ruhig zur Flußseite raus. 2 Zimmer mit großen bequemen Doppelbetten. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat auf Wünsche sofort reagiert. Man kommt mit Auto zum Aus-/einladen gut ran, aber man muss man auf der anderen Flussseite in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken. 5min Fußweg. Kosten ca. 30€/1d.

“Perfekt!!!”
+Tolle Lage, ruhig aber mittendrin! Direkt 2Min. zu Fuß von Metro und Straßenbahn. Super Betreuung durch Ivan, wir durften sogar noch länger bleiben bis Check out. Das war sehr zuvorkommend. Tolle Wohnung mit Blick ins Grüne und auf die Moldau. Wir waren begeistert!!! Danke!!

“Assolutamente consigliato”
+Bellissimo e spazioso appartamento, nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Rispecchia le immagini trovate sul sito. Si trova in una posizione fantastica, comodissima per visitare tutte le zone della città e vicinissimo al Ponte Carlo, ma, nello stesso tempo, si trova in un punto molto silenzioso, lontano dagli schiamazzi delle centinaia di turisti che affollano la città. Inoltre tutte le finestre della casa affacciano sul fiume con una splendida vista, molto rilassante. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e si è reso reperibile e disponibile ad aiutarci in ogni esigenza.

“Está muy bien y lo disfrutamos.”
+La ubicación, en general es muy cómoda. El parking está a unos 400 metros y el valor es de 29 euros días.
−Más allá que tiene todo lo básico y más, hay algunos artefactos que deberían repararse. Lavadora de vajilla ( nosotros no la hubiéramos utilizado aunque funcionara) la máquina de café y esto si es importante para nosotros. Igual no fue tan grave. Lo tomábamos en un bar.

+Apartament molt agradable i comfortable, en una ubicació tranquila, però molt propera al centre i al riu Llit molt còmode, hem dormit perfectament
