+It was a spacious apartment for my family and location was in perfect spot. Plus beds were really comfy and massive
−Rubbish in the apartment. Cobwebs all over bathroom, tissues at top of one wardrobe in one bedroom and dirty sheets and towels left in laundry area in plain sight.

+Excellent location Great shower pressure, and shower space Could be a fabulous apartment, but see below .....
−More care in the maintenance of the property..............glass from oven door completely not attached so struggled to use the oven, basin tap in bathroom very loose and "swung" around(, toilet base loose, constant bad drainage smell, crumbs in the kitchen drawers and kitchen pots nd pans in random places as were the items in the drawers, there were only 2 wine glasses, only 2 hand towels in the bathroom...booking was for 4! No kitchent tea towels, 3 tea bags in the jar,, nail varnish or paint on glass of the hob. Crumbs/food down the side of the glass coffee table, mattresses on the beds super uncomfortable as dipped towards the middle and perhaps not the best quality!

“Really nice property, central, clean.”
+Property was lovely. Large, spacious, comfy beds and sofa bed.
−Given the property sleeps up to 8 people, there wasn’t enough dining seats or space, and there wasn’t enough plates/glasses/cutlery etc to accommodate 8 guests.

“Exceptional”
+It was just what we wanted . Easy access to the West end shops , restaurants and pubs .
−Could have done with 5 chairs at the dining table . Grass in the garden needed cutting and a tidy up . ( We would have liked to sit out in the garden ) Front access needed a clean and tidy up regularly. I had to remove the litter from the front door and in the garden . Standard light not working in the lounge. The main blind was broken in the lounge . Cushions in the lounge could do with changing more often .

“Great flat in need of a little TLC”
+Good location for us, ground floor apartment, photos depicted property accurately. The accommodation was clean and spacious. We were able to park on road very close to the property. Communication prior to stay was very good.
−The kitchen was lacking basic amenties - there were only three forks, five dinner plates, five wine glasses, three glass tumblers for a property that sleeps up to six adults. There was only one oven proof tray (nothing else to go in the oven). No chopping board or bread knife. The cooker hood, filters, oven & roof of microwave all needed cleaning - very greasy. The mattresses were very soft and saggy. Floor lamp in sitting room not working. Only one bin in entire flat (nothing in bathroom). Nowhere to hang coats or dressing gowns. The dressing table stools were all worryingly wobbly - quite a bit of the bedroom furniture needs looking at (wardrobe backs bowed and detached). Tap in bathroom needs realigning and nut tightening. TV has very poor screen display - lines across picture. Some of the blinds were broken. Only one drying up cloth/towel for five days and nothing to wipe surfaces. This flat is just in need of a little TLC.

“Spacious apartment lacking love”
+It is very spacious and for us the location is just perfect.
−A long list of symptoms that this apartment is lacking love: 3 forks and 4 chairs for 6 people Wrong pin provided for the key box Stove doesn’t work properly Super old and broken pot and pan False message that my credit card wouldn’t work (it did and pre-payment was completed a month ago) Broken bedroom door Dirty garden Etc.

+Amazing location, roomy and modern apartment, the beds are super soft and comfortable
−We stayed during New Year, one big disadvantage we faced with were the neighbours upstairs who complained about music around 8pm however it wasn’t really loud, so I guess isolation in the property is quite low

“Comfortable but parking was an issue”
−Parking was almost impossible on the street. The bedroom at the front of the property had a very damp smell
