“We stayed a few days in this nicely located apartment, which would benefit from renovations and improved cleanliness.”
+Location and view
−The bathroom has an unpleasant odor, dirty floors, and furniture (including under the bed). The bathroom is basic and features a broken shower wall.

“Excellent value for money!”
+It is so very close to Rudas thermal bath. In all my visits to Budapest... this is absolutely a perfect spot to stay! Excellent value for money: quiet, clean,...
−Nothing really

“Pleasant”
+On the positive side, the location was excellent, close to many attractions, and the price was very affordable. However, these positives don’t outweigh the negatives, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the major issues are resolved.
−The apartment had several issues that made my stay unpleasant. First, the elevator sometimes didn’t work, which was inconvenient. Second, the apartment looked very old and poorly maintained, as it hasn’t been renovated in a long time. While it wasn’t dirty, its outdated condition gave it an unclean appearance. The biggest problem was the unbearable smell in the apartment, which made it impossible to stay there comfortably. Additionally, the heating system was very noisy, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night.

+Really nice apartment interior and view. The location is quite good as well. Metro, bus and tram stations are close.
−Elevator in building wasn't working from time to time.

“Superb”
+The location of the apartment is great, all sights are within easy reach. The Gellert Spa is a few minutes walk and Rudas Spa one tram stop. I recommend visiting both. The apartment has everything you need and especially a beautiful view from the balcony.

“The location was great, but the flat needs some more love.”
+The location was amazing! Very close to the centre of the city and the most incredible spa too! 15’ by tram which is just down the road!
−The drain of the shower wasn’t clean and we had to clean it ourselves (full of hair and water wasn’t going down); the entrance door was a nightmare, as it seemed broken and very difficult to open and close; we arrived at the property and we had to turn on the main switch for the boiler ourselves; the shower door was wobbly and out of place, splashing all water outside on the floor (my dad fixed it, by putting it in place again). I guess for a single person is an okay apartment, but for a group of three or more, not a chance. The place is very small and it’s practically one room.
