−Worst experience of my life. First of all, the neighborhood is very unsafe , there is constant police presence, and even murders have been reported. Secondly, the neighbors are unbearable. They use psychoactive substances and play loud music all day and all night. When we asked them to lower the volume, they told us to call the police. We also arrived at the apartment at 23:01 and had to pay an additional €35. There is construction next to the building, and the workers can be heard from 8 a.m., so there is no chance of getting any rest. The apartment itself is decent , aside from significant humidity, everything else is as described in previous reviews. If you care about your safety and want to enjoy your stay in Madrid, my advice is to avoid this accommodation.

+Flat itself is nice and clean, in good location. Shops and restaurants are next door, 5 min walk to underground station, bus stop on opposite site of the street . Very comfortable bed and sofa. Communication with owner great.
−In accommodation is a bad smell from the sewage system, but I am not sure if it is possible to repair it.

“Unpleasant stay”
+The apartment at a first glance seems modern ,with new furniture,but you can not notice, the mold around the windows of the living room and the bedroom, and the smell of damp every time we entered the apartment.The kitchen and bathroom could be more equipped .The building also was pretty dirty. The area is not the best as we often met police at the street of our building ,but it had a lot of shops so we kinda did feel safe. The apartment is well connected with the centre by bus and metro which is 5' far. It has supermarkets and bars and a local market. An other point that i did not like was the difficulty in communicating with the owner or the people that handle this apartment ,they never answered on questions on WhatsApp and answered my calls after insisting, very unprofessional. i would not recommend it and neither choose it a second time.

−El anuncio pone aire acondicionado.Hay dos ventiladores.Es insostenible estar dentro con 40grados. Reclamabas y no te daban solución. Booking ha sido el único que ha podido mover la situación. Bien por ellos. Nos reubicaron en otro apartamento.El alojamiento cero.No lo recomiendo,no caigan. Anuncio engañoso.

−El baño: cada vez que una entraba para hacer sus necesidades o a ducharse, el baño soltaba un olor a alcantarilla que era insoportable entrar.
