“convenient, neat and relaxing”
+Beautiful central location; close to the beach, small shops, historic points of interest and food establishments . Very well equipped kitchen and the room including the lovely ground terrace away from the noise. The property is clean, tidy and organized. Great for a single person , but can fit two people. Wonderful friendly owner , meet and greet.

“Loved it.”
+Location was Superb! Café, restaurant, Adriatic Sea and bus stop to other towns all just 25 METERS from the property!! I can’t say much more because I’d t stay at the said property as there was a problem with the water heater. The owner kindly vacated her own apartment for my use! It was stunning and a credit to her. But honestly, it’s ALL ABOUT LOCATION- and Both flats are in the same place. Book without hesitation! LOVED IT.
−Rock hard pillows! That’s it but may not of course apply to the flat you are going to stay at…..

+The studio apartment is ideally located , very close to the centre yet wonderfully quiet and private. All amenities are within walking distance, and the beach is just across the road! The apartment itself is cosy, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you could need and more. The patio seating area is a particularly lovely spot to relax. Mirjana is an exceptional host who truly cares for her guests. She goes above and beyond , I arrived to find water, soft drinks, and biscuits waiting in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, and she always responded promptly. She is one of the kindest people I have met in Montenegro. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and will 100% stay here again.

“Pretty good !”
+It was a pretty decent room. If you expect an apartment, it’s more a studio. There are windows but you wouldn’t open the blinds otherwise everyone can look inside hence we stayed at the first floor. There was also a drying reck outside to use.
−Parking was problematic, if you find a spot available you could park on street, but not for free. The payment is only accepted in cash and not by card.

+Posizionato nel centro del minuscolo paesino di Risan, vicino a bar, ristoranti e un piccolo supermercato. È anche a due passi dal mare e dalla fermata dell'autobus. Inoltre non è sulla strada principale, ma qualche decina di metri più all'interno, in fondo ad una stradina, cosa che evita i rumori del traffico. Carino il salottino all'esterno
−Arredamento molto triste. All'arrivo il letto matrimoniale aveva solo il coprimaterasso messo e, poggiati su di esso, due lenzuoli singoli. Anche cercando nella stanza, siamo riusciti a trovare solo un lenzuolo di sotto, ma niente lenzuola matrimoniali. La cosa è stata strana... Il bagno funziona, ma è vecchio e la tenda della doccia è un po' corta e si rischia di allagare il pavimento. L'illuminazione della camera è povera. Inoltre l'alloggio è un'unica stanza al piano terra con sopra una terrazza, quindi senza tetto, cosa che ovviamente da diventare la stanza molto calda quando picchia il sole.

“Un emplacement idéal pour quelques jours dans la baie de Kotor !”
+L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Risan à 1 minute à pied de la mer, d’une boulangerie et de plusieurs restaurants. 30 minutes de Kotor environ. C’est l’emplacement idéal ! Notre hôte était très gentille et nous a offert de petites attentions. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Logement très propre et avec les commodités nécessaires pour deux.

“Love nest.”
+Sjajna domaćica, super uslužna, sve čisto i praktično, sve jako blizu, samo par koraka od mora. Klimatizacija odlična, super mirno i opuštajuće, WiFi vrhunski,... Prostrano jako za dvoje ili dvoje plus malo dijete.
−Sve je bilo extra.
