+Absolutely love the staff and location! Basic room, but clean tidy with wardrobe, sitting chair and TV. Extra pillow, sheets, blanket etc available. Kitchen is fully functional with utensils and washing machine with laundry air hanger for drying g your clothes. Heater in rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Upstairs room has a window overlooking the street which gives lots of light and the room in general is a little warmer (good for winter stays), while using the front main door as your entrance. The ground level room is quaint with your own personal entrance direct onto the street. This room is cooler and good for summer nights. The bathroom is located upstairs with shower and although on the smaller side is equipped with hair dryer, bin and shelves. Washing machine also available and very convenient! Room and bathroom are lockable, along with main entrances etc. Just around the corner 50m is food!! And honestly only a 10-15min walk gets you anywhere in the city centre. Train station (about 20-25min walk) has the better grocery store for cheaper items, but there are plenty of other options available inside the city walls. The apartment is located inside the LTZ (Limited Traffic Zone), so
−Could do with a mirror in the downstairs room. I believe they would provide upon asking 🙂

“Best Location Great operator”
+Location is amazing, right in the heart of Siena. Operators agent who looks after the property was available when I needed help, told me handy information and in general was a fantastic person to have contact with and spoke English. I felt safe with all rooms having locks and my bedroom having a private entrance. Plenty of hot water. Clean, simple and tidy with full kitchen utensils and fridge/freezer, microwave toaster kettle etc. Also having, extra linen, blanket and pillows available in room! Cleaning person was adorable and so kind. If you have an opportunity to stay here, book now!
−Nothing! True story, all was great! Book here now!!

+The location and view from the sunroom were amazing. Being able to check in early.
−The clutter in the bedroom/ living area. Power points that didn't work.

“Pleasant”
+It was a great place in the center
−The flat was old and not so clean. The shower and the airconditioner didn't use well. We couldn't go with the car, the parkin possibilities were so far
