+Good location, close to places to eat.
−We had trouble with the door lock. It requires force to unlock. This is a problem for people like myself and my travel.companion - we both had carpal tunnel surgeries and still have weak wrists. Owner was nice to come unlock the door for us. I recommend replacing the lock with one that does not require strong force to turn the key to unlock.

“Spartan Accommodation In Estella”
+Location. Good café across street from entrance.
−Difficult to locate. There is no visible marker to identify the entrance street. No AC. Need more fans to move air. Bought detergent to wash clothes, but the washer was broken. Several utensils in the drawer were not clean. Towels were horribly coarse. Should use fabric softener when washing.

+El apartamento es amplio y está muy limpio. Hemos encontrado agua fría en la nevera, y después del Camino de Santiago, se agradece este detalle.
−Estábamos haciendo el Camino de Santiago y el alojamiento no ha estado pendiente de recoger las maletas el día del check-in a pesar de que los habíamos avisado con semanas de antelación. La compañía las ha tenido que dejar en el albergue municipal por lo que hemos tenido que pagar un importe de 4€ (2€ por maleta). Considero que el alojamiento debería de haberse hecho cargo de este importe.

“Not good in summer.”

−For the record: I made a BIG mistake and did not see it did not have air conditioning. They provided a ceiling fan in the small living room, but not in the master (small) bedroom. I don’t understand it. There were 2 stand alone fans, but one did not work! The refrigerator had an alarm that went off twice at midnight and 3 am. The tv did not work. Communication with the host is English was poor. When I asked about the AC, he/she said there wasn’t any, but there was cold water in the fridge. 🙄 The TV did not work at first. Spent half an hour and had to unplug from the wall to work. The street is noisy at night so in summer months you can sleep with the windows open. The bed in the master bedroom is super small and has one Huge pillow. So if your spouse moves it at night, it affects you. See pictures. Simply absurd. Find another place.

“Buen alojamiento”
+Tiene de todo , está preparado para pasar un buen fin de semana. En el mismo centro. Para aparcar, al ser fin de semana, no tuvimos que pagar zona azul, que está cerca del alojamiento. Punto bueno que tenga ascensor.

+Super emplacement en plein centre dans une rue suffisament calme la nuit. Parking gratuit à 5 minutes à pied. Bonne communication de la part du logeur.
