“Comfortable and really beautiful house.”
+The property is very beautiful, with equisite Moroccan tiling and details, and also very well equipped. We were only there for one night, but were very comfortable.

+We had a beautiful and incredibly comfortable stay at this lovely riad. Everything was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, with all the facilities you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, and the riad itself is spacious, charming, and full of character. The aesthetics are absolutely stunning. You can tell that whoever designed this place has an incredible eye for detail and wonderful taste. Every corner has its own charm, creating a warm, peaceful, and welcoming atmosphere. The host is exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. We truly felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. A beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere, wonderful hospitality, and unforgettable Moroccan charm. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

“Poor Service from Host”
−We booked to stay here for four nights. However, shortly after checking in, the host messaged us to say that we would need to move to different accommodation for our final night due to a repair that had been booked. This meant we were only able to stay at the Riad for three of the four nights we had originally booked. The host did arrange alternative accommodation, but the changeover was quite stressful and poorly communicated. We were left without accommodation for a few hours, which had not been communicated to us in advance. The staff at the alternative accommodation also made us feel a little uncomfortable, and we did not feel particularly safe staying somewhere that we had not chosen ourselves and that had no reviews for us to refer to. The original Riad itself was fine, as other reviews have said. However, I found the host’s handling of the situation to be inconsiderate and, at times, rude. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to mention this experience. Being told only after we had checked in that the accommodation was not actually available for the full duration of our reservation took away our opportunity to decide beforehand whether we were happy to

“Ideale Ausgangslage zum Erkunden vom Marrakesch”
+Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer gesicherten Anlage bei Alqaria Assiyahia mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. In der Anlage sind Pools und Restaurants vorhanden, man fühlt sich als Tourist sicher und gut aufgehoben. Der Pool ist tagsüber nutzbar, Öffnungszeiten sind am Eingang zum Poolbereich angeschrieben. Die Lage des Pools mussten wir erfragen, ist ca. 200 m entfernt. In ca. 20 Gehminuten erreicht man die Souks. Taxifahrten ( beige Taxis) zum Zentrum können problemlos vor Ort geordert werden. Die Anlage eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangslage für Erkundungen in Marrakesch. Das dreistöckige Riad mit Wohnbereich, Küche und 3 Schlafzimmern (jeweils mit Bad), ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Riad hätte unserer Ansicht nach Platz für 6 Personen. Die Küche wurde von uns nicht genutzt. Die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig.
−Die Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe könnte besser sein. Die Erreichbarkeit per Nachricht über Booking, Telefon, WhatsApp war schwierig, wir waren unsicher, ob alles passt. Letztendlich klappte vor Ort alles perfekt. Als Unterkunftsname wurde uns nicht Syrine sondern Zakarya angezeigt.

+L’emplacement vraiment intéressant car dans la zone de récupération pour les excursions et à proximité de la médina à pied. L’amabilité et la disponibilité de l’hôte et de la dame de ménage.

“Prima, en mooie plek.”
+De Rihad was werkelijk prachtig 😍
−Eigenlijk niets, kamers, badkamer en een heerlijk dakterras. Van harte aan te bevelen deze Rihad. Veilig ook, t is bewaakt. Er zijn eet locaties en taxi’s aanwezig die je voor 100 dirham naar t centrum brengen.

+Eigentlich Schönes gemütliches Riad. Schöne Dachterrasse, sicherer Ort.
−Laute Nachbarn. Ein Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, in diesem Zimmer, hatte es im Schrank oder Wand Nachts Tiergeräusche, (Mäuse, Ratten?) Bei einer Dusche ist das Wasser nicht richtig abgelaufen.
