“Nice and cozy Riad with friendly staff”
+Very nice and clean Riad inside Medina with close walk to center plaza. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds. We got unlucky with weather and didn’t use the pool ☹️
−Booking.com listing said “All Taxes and fees included into final price”, however during check-in host requested to pay extra city taxes per person in cash. Lucky for us we had some cash on us.

“Great stay great host”
+We had a really great stay at this riad in Marrakech and would happily return. The riad itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning. The whole team was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, which made the stay feel relaxed and personal from the start. A special mention to Amine, who truly made a difference to our trip. He was extremely helpful throughout,organising luggage transfer from the main road on arrival, arranging taxis to the airport and golf courses, booking a hammam for us, and giving excellent dinner recommendations. Everything was seamless thanks to him. The location is also a big plus. It’s right on the edge of the medina, so while you do need to walk the final stretch (no cars allowed inside), you benefit from being close to one of the main entrances. That makes it easy to both explore the medina on foot and quickly grab taxis when needed. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, a lovely atmosphere, and a very convenient location.

“Awesome Riad experience”
+Location, facilities (including. small pool), friendly staff, breakfast. Amine provides a personal WhatsApp service to arrange everything and attend to your questions and needs.
−A bit tricky to get to but after a couple of outings, was able to memorise it. It’s about 8’ walk from nearest car drop off but if you book airport pick up via Amine, he will also provide someone to cart the bags while you walk on the cobbled stones and dodge the motorbikes

“It was perfect.”
+Riad Oasis 3 was extremely well-located yet secluded in the medina, at the edge of the Royal Palace, and from the rooftop terrace, you could look out over the lush Royal gardens into the sunset. We warmed up in the morning on the terrace and sipped tea there in the afternoon after walking for hours, with bougainvillea as a backdrop. The souks were a 7-minute walk away but we never heard any noise at the riad, which was very incredibly quiet. Each bedroom was well-equipped and spacious, decorated with interesting art, the owner being a quirky French collector. It was a pleasure to be staying all together (6 people) in a private riad where everyone was equally comfortable, without its costing an exorbitant amount. There was a separate dining area, a lounge-sitting area w a bar and speakers, and a kitchen. Of course, the pool in the courtyard was charming (we were there in January, so no one dipped in) and there was a pleasant nook to eat outdoors had it been warmer. The location was truly ideal and the accommodation was incredibly comfortable without being pretentious. “Wonderful place to spend a few days exploring Marrakech!”
+Breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend letting Amine coordinate pickup from the airport or train. Pickup/transport leads to the porter, which leads to the riad. I don't think we could have found it the first time without someone leading us! The place was beautiful, and our family loved it.

“Unforgettable stay”
+Riad Oasis 3 is a stunning and beautifully decorated and spacious property. Very well laid out, with a fantastic central courtyard with a pool, a cozy breakfast nook, and even a rooftop terrace. The host, Amine, and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. He helped us with all the queries we had, and helped us to plan the activities we wanted to do. We enjoyed the lovely Moroccan cuisine which we booked as an extra service, and the rooms and property were immaculately maintained. A special mention also for our driver Mustapha, who drove us wherever we wanted to go and was an extremely pleasant and helpful person. All in all, our holiday was an extremely memorable one and I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Marrakech.
−We were unaware that being inside the medina old town, cars could not drive to the property and there was about a 7-10 minute walk from the medina main gate to the riad. This initially presented a challenge as one of my party was disabled, however Amine quickly helped us to solve the problem by arranging to have a tuk tuk driver bring those less able to walk to the medina gate.
