“Stylish riad in a convenient location for short stays”
+Overall we enjoyed our stay at Riad 77. Bouchra was amazing. She cooked the most amazing breakfasts, and her communication was great. The location is perfect for people driving in. There is a car park 3 steps away from the riad - which was so convenient for us. It was also easy to walk a few minutes to the main road to grab a taxi into Gueliz. The decor of the riad was beautiful. We really enjoyed the common areas.
−The biggest issue we had was the bathrooms. We were a group of 6 so we used up all 4 of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms had a shower and sink but no toilet. The bathrooms were very cramped and had no doors - which was unfortunate when one of us came down with food poisoning and the toilet was directly next to the bed 🫠 We would also suggest some new pillows for the bed. That being said if you’re not picky about bathrooms - I 100% would recommend this Riad!

+El Riad es tal y como aparece en las imágenes, es de las pocas estancias que he reservado y al llegar todo es tal y como se mostraba. Es limpio, muy bien ubicado, muy cerca a la entrada del Zoco y sobretodo en una zona por la que se puede caminar tranquilamente a cualquier hora, incluso muy sencillo para llegar en taxi que te puede dejar en la entrada de la calle, a dos pasos del Riad. Los desayunos valen muchísimo la pena, con cantidad de comida y cocinados allí mismo. El personal muy atento, desde el dueño que te contacta desde el momento en el que reservas, hasta la chica encargada de los desayunos y la limpieza que es muy agradable, muy amable y nos ha ayudado muchísimo. Te dan mucha facilidad y te ayudan a tener una estancia agradable. Incluso guardaron nuestras maletas los 3 días que estuvimos de excursión al Sahara. Destacan por su amabilidad sin duda y el lugar es maravilloso.

“Excellent for a group of friends”
+Excellent Service! Host always ready to help, online and available, providing us tips and clarifying every question we had. Riad was mega clean, comfortable and well decorated, super pretty !! Pool on top was the best to cool down in the morning and end of the day. Nothing bad to point out 😎

“Amazing! Would definitely go back.”
+The Riad waa beautiful! Stylish, perfect location and comfortable size rooms. Also Mohand and Bushra were perfect hosts, breakfast was prepared fresh every morning and delicious. Both were very helpful. The location was very close to the souks and beautiful restaurants. A perfect stay for a large group in Marrakesh!
−The water pressure is not super high, so you can’t shower at the same time.

“Excellent riad, best place we stayed in Marrakesh.”
+Beautiful Riad, the style and decorations were class. The breakfast at 5€ extra a head was totally worth it. The cold tub on the roof was a little chilly and out of the sun after 1pm though. The riad was only 10mins from the souks, and situated in the north of Marrakesh.
