“Very good”
+A very clean apartment. We only stayed there one night, but everything was perfectly done. The owner was approachable and friendly. There was a lot of room to park and the town had a lot of nice restaurants and other activities yo do. There were lots of towels available, a washing machine and airconditioning. We also were welcomed with a nice cold water bottle witch was nice after a long drive.
−A small advice for the owner is a toaster and a regular coffee machine would be a nice extra.

“The place was clean and comfortable but not within walking distance of anything including the beach.”
+It was clean and nicely decorated.
−It wasn’t within walking distance of anything. You had to drive to go to the beach, the supermarket and restaurants.

“Disappointing”
+Good kitchen and fridge
−The apartment looked much better in the pictures. The location was very uncomfortable. We didn't feel comfortable. View on run-down greenhouses. Directly on a bigger street. The owner's dog barked a lot.

“Spacious apartment with free on site parking”
+Spacious, clean and free parking
−All the trash cans were on the balcony, which made it a little inconvenient. One of the screen doors didn’t work so lots of mosquito’s inside the apartment

“Passable”
+Location is out of town of Sperlonga and it takes another 10 min drive to get there. For 200 euros I would expect a better place Europe.Place had fundamentals but only one AC in the kitchen area not in the bedrooms. Place is a little run down if you ask me. Could use some upgrades. No trashcans either in the place, had to ask> The pictures are nicer than the place actually is. Owners are nice but place was underwhelming
