“Perfect and relaxing.”
+This was a great experience for my son, husband and I. It was clean and very nice. The air conditioning worked great and the location was close to everything we needed. They even included beach towels and umbrellas. The host was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

“We loved our stay at Lagos and would definitely stay at Fernando's apartment again.”
+We were allowed to check in at 14.30 which was earlier than the 16.00 stated time and Fernando met us at the property. He went through the facilities within the apartment and also advised us of nice restaurants nearby, where to park locally, how to get to the beach etc and was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was absolutely spotless and in excellent condition. The location was brilliant, about 10 minutes walk from restaurants in the old part of town and about 15 minutes walk to the nearest beaches. The walk to the beach takes you through the local park which is opposite the apartment. There was plenty of local parking and to drive to the local Lidl for supplies was 5 minutes.
−The local beaches are lovely and the small coves are linked by tunnels through the cliffs. One small disappointment was that they suffer from 'Brown Seaweed' which apparently has arrived from Japan and Korea and is causing an issue with the eco system. Although this doesn't prevent you from swimming it is unsightly and is not only in the water but also on the beaches. The local council/government are trying to come up with a solution to the problem which I hope they manage to. Lagos is still very beautiful and well worth a visit.

+Wonderful stay at Retiro do Sol. Excellently located in a quiet area but still very accessible to Lagos. The property is very safe and secure and we felt very comfortable walking back here at night. The location is super. Car parking is not as issue, we did not have a car but we were shown the car parking areas by the host. The decor is wonderful and the kitchen is very well equipped for a short or even long term stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone considering it.

“Comfy and cozy like a familiar old home.”
+Everything was Great about this property. Fernando met us at the door and was great during our whole 33 day stay. The place was immaculately clean. The owners showed up once a week and did a complete clean. They were the friendliest host I have ever meet. Helpful with information about the whole area, what to do, towns to visit, where to eat, get groceries and gas, etc. Parking was not a problem as we were just outside the Old Town Walls but close enough to walk to all restaurants, shops, attractions and beaches. The Kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want. Having a washer and drying racks on the patio was very useful for a longer stay. Beds were very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets provided and towels were plentiful. We felt perfectly at home. Very comfortable and cozy. We will defiantly be back. Love the town, house and hosts.

“Perfecto”
+Uno de los alojamientos más limpios y bien cuidados que he visto. El piso estaba impecable, la cocina completamente equipada y había pequeños detalles como sombrillas y toallas. El dueño nos estaba esperando a la llegada, nos enseñó el piso y nos dio consejos sobre cómo y dónde aparcar (hay muchísimo estacionamiento en los alrededores). Está muy cerca del centro de lagos, a unos 20 min andando de la zona del puerto donde salen todas las excursiones y a unos 10 minutos del centro.
−No pudimos sacarle ni una pega. Mucho mejor que la mayoría de hoteles.

“Perfecto apartamento cerca del centro de Lagos”
+El apartamento es perfecto y estaba súper limpio. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para hacer las comidas y cenas en casa. El anfitrión es súper amable. La ubicación del apartamento es maravillosa para recorrer el centro de Lagos pero siendo a la vez una zona tranquila.
−Está un poco lejos de la playa para poder ir andando con niños y echamos de menos tener lavavajillas.
