“A luxe place to lay our heads for a night in Split”
+It was pretty central - very near the port and bus station. It is nicely decorated and I only wish we could have stayed for a few extra days. The property managers were in instant contact via WhatsApp.
−It was just a little confusing to find the actual location of the property once we got to the address. We did go around twice inti we found d it. But it was worth it when we got inside.

“Worst experience in the whole of Europe”
+Apartment is in a sketchy area. Walls are covered in graffiti. Did not feel very safe.
−The rooms were quite dirty. It was as if someone had just checked out. Kitchen bench and the cooking utensils were dirty. Check out was at 10am and a lady arrived just after 930am to watch over our shoulders as we checked out. We had a friend over for breakfast as it was an apartment, and she accused us of having another guest who stayed. This was completely untrue. No one raised their voice or became agressive. The lady proceeded to yell at us and demand 100 euro cash. It was quite a frightening experience. Vivana if you are reading this, you are a horrible person. I would avoid staying here.

−The listing here shows they have parking facility but when we arrived they told us that they do not have parking and we need to park on the streets, the worst part is in split it’s very difficult to find parking spot in the street as first of all they have different zones and you cannot just pay and park there, for eg, zone 1 , you cannot only park for one hour maximum at a time. We spent one and half hour trying to figure out about the parking and get a spot to park the car, this was so frustrating, so book this stay only if you are not travelling via your or rental car.

“Aires acondicionados horribles”
+Ubicacion fantástica. Habitaciones muy grandes y bonita decoración.
−Los aires acondicionados hacían mucho ruido y el del dormitorio principal además crujía todo el rato, hemos dormido fatal. Había muchas hormigas en la cocina. No dejaron ni escoba ni fregona. Persiana rota. Sábanas pequeñas. No dejaron productos de higiene personal como dicen. Ducha muy pequeña y el unico baño arriba. Toallas muy finas.

“El peor de los que hemos estado poco limpio”

−No estaba limpio tenía hormigas por todas partes hasta se te subían en los sillones y el salón no muy bien puesto, además el dueño lellamaos y nos mintió diciendo que las hormigas eran porque el anterior se había dejado la ventana abierta, pero en la cocina cuando entramos había hormigas muertas por el suelo , algo habían he hado
