“confort spartiate”
+rien sur le site ne dit qu'il faut aller chercher les clefs dans un hôtel à 3 kilomètres de l'apparthotel. heureusement heureuse initiative du réceptionniste qui m'a appelé 10 mn avant mon arrivée à l'apparthotel. la j'ai appris que je devais rapporter les clefs au même endroit or il existe une boite au lettre dans le hall de l'apparthotel! en entrant dans le hall odeur d'égout et d'humidité; dans la chambre humidité au plafond de la salle de bain et marque de cette humidité au plafond. de plus le lavabo est cassé avec une partie avec une grande écaille de porcelaine à l’intérieur disparu ce qui le rend dangereux. le radiateur électrique accolé à la baignoire est en partie détaché du mur ;

“Cheap and cheerful but without the cheer”
+Great location. Minutes from the cathedral and right on the route to see the illuminations. Apartment was reasonably priced given the town centre location. Furnishings were present, it had what we needed for a night or two.
−We had to pick up the key from the other side of town. The apartment is very, very tired. In both bathrooms the shower head wasn't held to the wall. Some of the furniture was scuffed and broken. The handles on cupboard doors spin around. There are windows without curtains. There is a random staircase to a roof light that partially blocks one of the bedroom doors. It looks and feels more like staff accommodation, or a place that students might doss down for the night. It certainly isn't a top-quality apartment. I would say it is "cheap and cheerful" but it lacks the cheer.

“Ideal location and great value for money.”
+Excellent location. The apartment was clean. Really suited our needs. Comfortable beds. The staff at the hotel (where we collected and dropped off the keys) were really helpful and friendly.
−There are bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms but no separate toilet for guests sleeping downstairs. This meant they had to come into one of the bedrooms if they needed to use the toilet. This wasn't a major issue for us as it was all family but would have been beneficial to have a separate toilet.

+L'emplacement
