“Delux flat in historic city center”
+This was a very modern flat with luxury updates, very close to the historic city center (Astronomical Clock). The living area is spacious and we enjoyed relaxing in the flat in the mornings and afternoons.

“Great location and good value, but the AC issue was disappointing.”
+Excellent location right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. The apartment was good overall and the price was very reasonable for the location.
−The main issue was the air conditioning, which was fixed on heating mode and we couldn’t change it. We contacted the property and were told someone would come to check it, but unfortunately no one came, so the apartment remained very hot in August heat.

+We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Residence Rybna 4. Everything was well organized, and the apartment was comfortable and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in and also allowed us a one-hour late check-out, which we truly appreciated. We were especially grateful to the housekeeping staff, who personally came to explain the special technique for opening the apartment door, ensuring we had no further difficulty. The only minor inconvenience was the size of the lift. It was quite small, so taking luggage to the second floor was a bit challenging, as only one person with a suitcase could fit at a time. However, this was manageable. One issue that could be improved is that the air conditioner in the living room was not working. Although a portable fan was provided as a substitute, we had hoped the A/C would be repaired during our 6-night stay. We also appreciated the team's prompt assistance in sharing a video explaining how to operate the washing machine, as well as the complimentary towel change during our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend Reside

+The property was spacious, clean, and in a very convenient location within Prague 1. The large living room, full-sized refrigerator, and fully stocked kitchen were also nice bonuses.
−The bedroom and bathroom area did smell faintly like smoke at times despite being a non-smoking property. There is a possibility the smell seeped into the apartment from other units.

+Location, cleanness and great communication skills
−We have stayed 7 nights and a second set of towels would have been appreciated
