“Perfect Location in a quiet street yet only 5 minutes walk from teh centre”

“Just ok for the old town but with a lot of things to be attended.”
+The apartment was comfortable with enough space for the three of us, having three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers, recently renovated and very close to the old town of Split.
−However, there were a lot of things that made our stay not so pleasant. First of all, the house is in a very narrow alley which the GPS had a great difficulty to locate and the parking nearby was full when we arrived, which meant we had to leave the car in the street quite far from the apartment and carry the luggage for quite a distance. Moreover, while the bathrooms were clean, the floors were quite dirty and the shower didn't drain well. In fact, the third day of our stay, one clogged completely and had to ask for someone to repair it, which they did promptly I admit. The cups and glasses were not enough for three people and there was no kitchen paper. As for the toilet paper was very little and all they supplied when we asked was three more rolls for a whole week. Finally, no spare towels were supplied and we had to wash them in the washing machine. All in all, it should be more taken care of.

“Nice apartment close to the centre of Split. Apartment was modern and there was a nice patio outside”
+Location was good but difficult to find down one of many side streets.
−There was no A/C in the bedroom and there was no fan. There weren’t enough cleaning products or household items for sweeping the floor for example.

“Lovely well priced apartments”
+Excellent place to stay. Short walk from both towns old and new. Very quiet. Excellent view from the top floor apartment terrace. Very clean and great response from the host. Would definitely stay again.
−Some of the window shutters were starting to rot which made it difficult to open. Ground floor apartment is quite dark with only 1 window. Had issues with the Aircon in the 1st floor apartment but due to the time of year was not a big issue at all. Didn't use in the others.

−Dirty pillows, no toaster, smell sewage, TV was blocked and the staff refused to give the access code , the electric stove does not work well, I had to ask for shower towels, bad communication on whatsapp, the property is not as fabulos as it was written in previous reviews.

+Amazing apartments. Ground floor with garden and bbq was fantastic and first floor 3 bedrooms was so spacious . Both were spotless and just perfect location
−Nothing at all !! Maybe some extra bigger size bathroom towels would have been good but not a huge problem

+Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, sie ist gut ausgestattet und groß genug. Man hat einen kleinen Außenbereich und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit vor Ort.
−Teilweise war die Unterkunft in den Ecken nicht ganz sauber und die Wände sind sehr dreckig. Die Unterkunft könnte von innen renoviert werden. Außerdem verfügt die kleinere Wohnung leider nicht über jegliche Putzsachen um auch eigenständig den Boden zu säubern.

−Estaba sucio, la iluminación nada acogedora almohadas y colchas sucias , sin ventilación apenas salvo una pequenña ventana en la habitación , flexibilidad cero..sin embargo estamos en Brac unos días y todo perfecto
