“Located across from a prison, so you can wave to prisoners when you walk outside.”
+A nice place in a quiet location. Good design. Lots of space. Overall clean. It's so nice to walk into your own place from the street. Pleasant overall. Away from tourist crowds with good local amenities, and a pleasant walk to more central/famous attractions.
−The property is poorly maintained. When we arrived, the bathroom faucet sprayed water onto the floor, the bathroom door was jammed, the toilet lid was missing, and the sofa bed would not close properly. Individually, these are very minor issues, but together they show a lack of care. The host’s response: I contacted them through Booking and WhatsApp and despite immediate read receipts, I received no reply at all until the following day which was “Thank you for letting us know,” with no offer to address the problems. The kitchen reflected the same lack of attention: you get salt and pepper shakers but they are empty, you get coffee maker but no coffee pods or sugar, etc. Overall, they place is still good, but it could be really great if it was managed by someone who does not neglect basic maitenance, is more responsive, and provides missing basics.

“Good property in a quiet street”
+Property was clean, towels ,hair dryer and soap included.Eazy access from bus station.
−There is no dishwashing cloth or dishwashing soap in the kitchen which was a bit annoying if I wanted to wash just one plate instead of placing it in the dishwasher .No kitchen towel.

“Please research about the other stays nearby and get a better stay for yourself.”
+No i didn’t like the property at all, nothing like the picture. AC never works, Not at all well lit, No large mirror. The only good point is the location.
−Nothing except the location. We called the property on the first day and after 2 hours of literal arguments they managed to fix the AC but after a few hours it turned off again and never we could re start the AC.

+This property was stunning and very comfortable! It was close to everything, particularly the train station. Appreciated the washing machine during travel! The aircon was very comfortable.
−The pillows were a little soft, but the bed was otherwise comfortable! Kitchen plates were not in the kitchen, but under the tv which was confusing but not a big deal.

“Modern, clean, well equipped apartment in a lovely neighbourhood in the centre of Vanice”
+Lovely location, very convenient for the station. Clean, spacious apartment with air conditioning. Very attractive, well equipped
−The sofa bed was adequate but not very comfortable. There were plenty of duvets but no spare pillows and no duvet covers. The staff were responsive to whatsapp messages, but when i tried to phone didn’t pick up.

“Great stay!”
+Location was great, only 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma. The apartment was nicely renovated and it had everything we needed.
−The sofa bed was ok for kids but it would be uncomfortable for adults.
