“Todo perfecto”
+Un lugar muy acogedor, un edificio antiguo con encanto, que pese a no tener ascensor las escaleras eran muy cómodas. Al entrar en el apartamento estaba completamente reformado con mucho gusto y con todas las comodidades. Antonio nos atendió perfectamente dando todas las instrucciones a la llegada y mostrando interés por nuestra estancia. La ubicación muy buena, a 10 minutos andando del centro.

+Die Lage war sehr gut, nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen (in 10-15min zu Fuß) und der Gastgeber war immer Hilfsbereit. Ich würde diese Unterkunft immer empfehlen.
−Ich hätte mir mehr Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Außerdem, war die Adresse sehr scher in GoogleMaps zu finden, vielleicht könnte man einen zusätzlichen Hinweis bei den Ankunftsinformationen hinzufügen (ein Bild vielleicht?).

+Borvili smo u njemu od 24.02-26.02.2026. i mogu da kažem da je app odličan zbog čistoće ,komfora i opremljonosti i za duži boravak i lokacije.Autobus br 30 staje na 50 m od njega i vozi pravo do centr odnosno do Pontte roso.Tako da kola ne morate da koristite.Parking je na ulici ali nisam imao problem da nadjem mesto.Antonio vlasnik je lak za komunilaciju i još jednom ga pozdravljam.U glavnom app za moju naj topliju preporuku. We stayed there from 24.02.-26.02.2026. and I can say that the app is excellent because of the cleanliness, comfort and equipment for a longer stay and the location. Bus no. 30 stops 50 m from it and goes straight to the center, i.e. to Ponte Rosso. So you don't have to use the car. Parking is on the street but I had no problem finding a place. Antonio the owner is easy to communicate with and I salute him once again. Mainly the app for my warmest recommendation.

“Accogliente e ben collegata al centro”
+Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia a Trieste e mi sono trovata benissimo. I proprietari sono stati da subito disponibilissimi e molto cordiali, sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi necessità. La casa è carina, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è davvero ottima: ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici e con una comoda fermata proprio sotto casa, che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro e le principali attrazioni della città. Consigliatissimo!

“Einfach super!”
+Ein exzellentes, modernes Apartment! Bestens eingerichtet, super sauber und mit vielen Extras. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ihren Preis wert! Das Zentrum ist gut erreichbar und trotzdem ist die Lage sehr ruhig mit guten öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten (kostenfrei). Das Organisieren des Schlüssels hat dank ausführlicher Beschreibung in einer Nachricht und zusätzlicher geduldiger telefonischer Anleitung durch den Vermieter hervorragend funktioniert und wir wurden per WhatsApp auch während des Aufenthalts bestens betreut. Zusätzlich gab es in der Unterkunft auch viel Informationsmaterial für Aktivitäten. Sollten wir wieder nach Triest kommen würden wir in jedem Fall wieder hier buchen. An diesem Stelle auch nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Vermieter! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

+Stan je uredan,vrlo lak dogovor sa vlasnikom. Udoban krevet u spavacoj sobi. U kuhinji ima sve sto je potrebno od posudja.
−Usli smo u hladan stan,koji se greje na 2 male inverter klime,prvu noc zbog hladnoce nismo spavali. Nema grejanja na gas i u oglasu ne pise da je grejanje na klimu. Tek sutradan se stan zagrejao i bilo je ok. Krevet u dnevnoj sobi je sa zicanim jezgrom, polomljen i naravno neudoban,pri svakom pomeranju zice se cuju,tako da nema spavanja. Ne radi rerna i masina za sudove. Bojler je tako podesen da ima toliko vode da moze da se okupa samo jedna osoba.
