“comfy place to stay”
+Comfortable little flat with handy kitchen, nearby restaurants and walking distance to most of the main Florence attractions! Comfy bed and our host Gherardo was helpful and provided clear access instructions

“Great location!”
+The location was perfect and in a quiet area, just outside the busy area but close enough to walk into the busy area. The room was spacious, clean and had a small kitchen and fridge. Everything you need.

“Excellent location. Lovely studio flat within walking distance to amenities, attractions & transport”
+Excellent location. Lovely studio flat in the stunning city of Florence within a few minutes stroll to the Historic Centre, the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes & shopping), attractions and transport - we got the "C4" bus from Florence Train Station to the property as advised by Gherardo, and we continued to get this bus to go to places such as the Boboli Gardens. The bus stop is a 4 minute walk from the property. Gherardo is so nice and helpful - always answered our questions quickly. Check-in was seamless. There is no elevator in the building. The studio flat is in a quiet area - so we had a great nights sleep. The window of the property overlooks a tiny court yard but we never heard any noise from the court yard even when we had the window open. The studio flat has everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen with fridge, generous sized bathroom, wardrobe space etc. We would recommend this special studio flat as we had a lovely stay.
−There are 45 stone steps up to the studio flat, as there is no elevator.

“Great little flat close to Uffizi Gallery”
+The flat is less than 10 minute’s walk from some of the key visitor attractions such as the Ponte Vecchio, and Uffizi Gallery as well as the beautiful rose garden and lots of lovely little shops and restaurants. Yet it is peaceful and relaxing. The air con is very efficient and it was good to have mosquito nets on the windows to avoid any concerns about unwelcome visitors.
−We couldn’t work out how to get the TV to work, but didn’t try that hard as we didn’t need TV access during our trip
