“Great choice for a seaside stay”
+Central location can walk to beach and train station under 10 minutes Excellent size of lounge/dining/kitchen area

+Everything was thought about and was available in the premises, very clean and tidy. A lovely place in the heart of the town.
−My only issue is with the parking. It was not advised online that parking on site was limited to 6pm to 9am. Parking locally on the highway is free but limited to 30 mins, car parking is approx £7+ for 5 hours. This should be advised more prominently on the websites (as all it says on the booking site that onsite parking is available but the limits not advised)

“Very good”
+Beds very comfy, plenty of room in lounge. Easy access to sea front and shops, cafes, bank etc
−No designated parking, had to move my car when it was quieter and there was space in front of the property, my Mum who was with me is mobility impaired and cannot walk far.

“A clean, spacious, central apartment, ideal for a family of 4.”
+The living area was light, airy and spacious. The beds were great, the decor tasteful. The shower was hot and the bath large.
−The WiFi was quite weak. There was minimal cutlery and crockery. But those things weren’t a problem really as we mainly ate out and weren’t there to surf the internet. More to surf the sea! The steep stairs up to the apartment would have been tricky if you weren’t fully mobile.

+Location, clean, quality furnishings, well equipped. Bottle if wine biscuits etc were a lovely touch. We were called when the flat was ready.
−Noise out the back 6am each day. Sounded like bins. Television had poor reception from time to time. Oven wouldn't light initially, but was then OK.

+Very spacious comfortable clean and light. Good tv and kitchen. Lovely welcome pack. Good shower and bath. Good town centre position close to beach.
−No 24 hour onsite parking. No bin in bathroom. Only 2 bin liners and dishwasher tablets. Nowhere to dry towels or wet swimmers. No hoover or dustpan & brush - essential with kids around!
