+Great location. All attractions within walking distance. Shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
−We arrived at 7 AM, but the host was unreachable from 3:00 at night until 7:00 in the evening. With children, two grandmothers, and all our luggage, we waited in front of the apartment from 3 PM, trying to contact the host and even Booking support, but no one could reach her. Finally, at 18:30, while I was already on the way to other apartments I had to urgently book, the host replied with an apology and check-in details. By that time, our day was ruined, our vacation started with stress, and I lost €1000 on the second booking. Unfortunately, the stay was completely spoiled.

+The location of the flat is amazing, it is super clean, spacious and well equipped, and the owner very responsive and helpful. We had the most wonderful time and would definitely book again if we ever come back to Lisbon 😁

+Location was excellent. Cleanliness was average, 2 small toilet rolls for 4 people for 4 nights, no plug for sink in the kitchen, dirty sponges in the kitchen and mould in the bathroom and bedroom.

“I like the place location but wouldn’t book a stay there again.”
+It’s in the heart of the city and close to all amenities. Shopping centre was few steps away. Bed was cosy and I got enough towels for my stay. There was not enough shower gel or even washing up liquid to use but can buy easily bring or buy from shops.
−Limited cutlery and cups to use; not great for a family of 5. Toilet seat was odd to use and small bathroom. Only two person could use hot water for shower, had to wait an 45- 1 hour for other person to have shower. Tripped switch most of the time we use the appliances in the house. Wi-Fi coverage was bad as it would only work in the living room where the router was located. If you would even go a bit further away from it you would not get any coverage.

−The property was not ready when I get in waiting for 5 hours for 3pm check in did not inform me at all let me in the blind and would not refund me the money since I booked another accommodation. It’s run down doesn’t look like the pictures it’s first floor you’ll hear all noise from outside and WiFi is weak. This is the first bad review I ever made in my life

“Moldy flat, no service...”

−The flat with mold everywhere. Smelt like a cave. No knife in the kitchen and 2 spoons for 4 people. When I asked the lady to bring me some or if i should buy some and she could reimburse me, she didn't reply to my messages anymore. On the last day, the cleaning lady came at 11:15, even if our check-out was at 12:00...Just avoid this flat, the service is below zero.
