+We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos,clean, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Madeira. We especially appreciated the underground parking space right next to the apartment entrance, which was both convenient and secure. The host was very kind and welcoming, leaving us a small gift and a lovely welcome letter.
−Suggestions for improvement would be a self check-in option with a key locker, as arrival times are currently fixed. Other suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee machine. The apartment has a capsule coffee machine, but we did not particularly enjoy the coffee it made and ended up using the traditional coffee pot instead. A higher-quality coffee machine would be a great addition. Overall, an excellent stay!

“This apartment is wonderful, comfortable, clean and well located!”
+I loved staying in this apartment. It’s close to many restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance. The beach is also very nearby,perfect for a stroll or a swim. The apartment features a spacious outdoor terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun during the day. My daughter loved spending time in this area. It’s a lovely place for a relaxing stay, with good accessibility to the airport and to Funchal city. The apartment was clean and included all the kitchen accessories needed to cook at home.

“Very charming and cosy flat, good location, friendly owner”
+Very good location, nice, cosy and well-equipped flat with a large balcony. We did not have any problems with the noises. The flat has two parking spaces, which is very helpful. The communication with the owner was easy and thorough, and we could stay longer on the check-out day. A mini Spar superarket is near, and several restaurants and pubs. The welcome cookie was really nice and delicious.
−A mosquito net would be really good to the bedroom and the living room. There are electric mosquito repellents in the flat, but we still had some mosquitos unfortunatelly.

+Very good location to explore the south part of the island. Very close to the apartment is a bus stop so, we didn't have to use a car to visit Funchal (the driver could taste Madeira vine in the Funchal 😍). 5-minute walk are located good restaurants (We recommend this one https://www.facebook.com/traineirarestaurantemarisqueira.) The apartment was clean and well-equipped at least there was everything that we needed. Very nice and helpful host.

+Espaço de bom gosto, gostámos bastante da decoração, assim como do nivel e adequação do equipamento e utensílios. Zona turística bonita, muito agradável, com comércio diverso e de qualidade. Positivo também termos tido sempre estacionamento no local.
−Faltou um ar condiciionado, as noites são bem quentes.

+No geral foi tudo muito bom, no entanto posso destacar pequenas coisas que são muito importantes numa estadia e neste caso foram otimas: A cama e o sofá cama O silêncio no apartamento durante a noite O duche relação potência/ temperatura da água A localização do apartamento Lugar para estacionar junto do apartamento A forma de adquirir a chave do apartamento E por fim do atendimento simpático e eficaz da respetiva proprietária.
−Não houve nada que possa referir neste campo, no entanto podia sugerir ar condicionado ou mesmo duas ventoinhas grandes para épocas de maior calor...
