“Beautiful, Spacious Apartment with Amazing Views”
+Beautifully furnished, spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need. Amazing views and a great location, very close to the national parks. The place was comfortable, and felt like a perfect home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay!
−Just one small suggestion: when my son was crawling on the floor, his hands and knees became quite black, so perhaps the floors could be cleaned a little more thoroughly. Overall, the bathrooms and rooms were very clean, though!

“Decent three bedroom condo on the south side of Moab”
+Nice location on the south side of Moab, easy to get downtown or to the national parks and local hiking trails.
−I've stayed in another Redcliffe condo and it was more comfortable. There wasn't enough seating in the living room for everyone, and there were few basic supplies in the kitchen. The porch screen was broken and the grill - while working - had a broken leg. The light/fan switch in the main bedroom isn't working.

“Beautiful and well appointed, why a few areas ready to be upgraded”
+Spacious with everything we need. Gorgeous views. All seasons heated pool and hot tub that we used a topln. The condo was a great size and even with 4 kids and a dog, we weren't tripping over each other. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful, but then they also left washer pods, and there were a dozen other thoughtful things like that that made our stay easier. Parking was ample, furniture was comfortable and there were 4 TVs, which was the most impressive thing to the kiddos ever.
−Just a few areas that are ready to be upgraded.. The sheets were really old and not that comfortable. Two beds had comforters with big rips and the main bedroom has some sort of plasticy mattress cover that was so hot and not great to sleep on. Main bedroom pillows are pretty much the flatest pillows.

“Great little condo on the outskirts of town.”
+This was a great little condo amidst other time-shares on the outskirts of Moab. A little bit far from the action, but surrounded by beautiful red cliffs. The space was well-equipped and the beds were comfy.
−No real issues! We tried to run a bath one night for my son and the plug wouldn't work (so half the water just drained out) and then there was no hot water anyway, but it was back the next day.

“Great condo, needed just a few stocked items”
+It was very nice to stay in a condo vs a hotel for our stay. It was close enough to Moab to enjoy all the restaurants and sights, but far enough to not have the noise and traffic. Good stop for us.
−I expected to have a few things stocked since it was a condo, such as coffee packets & filters if only for one day.

“Very nice stay in Moab for a family”
+Very nice apartment close to Moab, the kids really liked the pool as well. No problems with parking as well, which was great.
−Check-out time was at 10:00 am, it would have been nice to have a bit more time and not have to rush, especially on a Sunday.
