“Beautiful, romantic, peaceful. We loved it.”
+Absolutely beautiful, decor was lovely, reminded us of old Victorian style. The grounds were lovely too, beautiful trees and plants, we had a lovely walk and enjoyed the autumn sunset. We booked for our one year anniversary and were upgraded to a bridal suite which was amazing. Made our night perfect thank you!

“Best stay so far when visiting Cambridge with our dogs.”
+The bed was extremely comfortable and the room clean and convenient. Shower was excellent, with a very good water pressure. Having a door straight to the outside was particularly useful when staying with dogs. The beautiful grounds and garden were a huge bonus for walking the dogs.
−A place to deposit dog poop once bagged would have been very helpful. Maybe there was one somewhere but we couldn’t find it. We ended up leaving it stacked on our car wipers and trying to find a suitable dog bin on route to our Son’s wedding.

“Lovely place to stay and would stay again.”
+Room was lovely and homely. Breakfast was not included but would of been nice if it was. Location was easy to get to and close to where we needed to be. Could not have been at a better location.
−Room wasn't 100% clean, did have a little dust and some cobwebs. Could of had spare plugs near bed to charge phones

“Lovely property, great location however rooms need upgrading as they are quite dated.”
+Location, cleanliness
−The TV in the room was ancient required upgrading. The sofa beds were super old too old to use. The coffee table was not secure and was wobbling.

“Perfect for what I needed”
+All the essentials were great. The most comfortable bed, good shower and peace and quiet. I would have expected to pay more for a room of this type but, as it seems to be essentially a wedding venue and not a straight hotel with no formal food options, I guess it’s about right. There are no unnecessary extras (toiletries etc) in the room which keeps waste down. Beautiful location.
−Only being able to stay one night.

+Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower
−The gravel made transporting our luggage difficult.
