−We had no running water in the sink or shower for most of our stay and so the toilet wouldn’t flush either. Hopefully this isn’t a regular occurrence

+A fabulous find in town centre. Walkable to museums, eateries, shops. the studio modern and clean. Kitchenette fully set up for ease.

“DO NOT STAY HERE OR AT ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY HOMEY”
+Nothing except that the room was clean
−No response to messages sent prior to arrival, which created problems re access. Front door to building is faulty & we had to rely on tenants for access & advice. No running water, no internet, incorrect WiFi sign in/password provided, missing blind. Zero interest from Homey in assisting with problems, we had to seek assistance from the local tourist office - multiple round trips of 30mins each. Consistent missed deadlines from Homey in providing any sort of solution at all - 24hrs of heartache with no sleep, no washing. Worst experience we have ever had!!!

“Stanza curata, palazzo un po’ meno.”
+La posizione centrale, qualità prezzo ottima per il posto in cui si trova. Accessibilità facile, self check-in tramite codice e comunicazione tramite Booking con il proprietario.
−Ingresso un po’ inquietante, palazzo un po’ discutibile, poco curato e discutibile. L’appartamento si trova all’ultimo piano raggiungibile con un ascensore in cui due persone e due zaini fanno fatica ad entrare.

“כל בעיה שפניתי לבעל הדירה הוא פשוט כתב לי כמה הוא מצטער-ממש זלזול בכסף ובאנשים”
−לא היה מים בכלל בדירה והבעליםטענו שיש עבודות תחזוקה אך לא דאגו לחלופה כך שהיינו לא מים בכלל כל השהיה.שעליתי במעלית לקומה 7 הדלת הגיעה לקומה אך היה קיר אי אפשר היה לצאת.לא היה נייר טואלט או קפסולות קפה במכונה וגם הראוטר לא עבד למרות שבעלי הדירה אמרו שיש לנתק ולחבר אך לא הסתדר

−Appena siamo arrivate, siamo rimaste bloccate nell'ascensore. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di assistenza della struttura, ma la risposta che ci è stata data è stata di contattare il numero di emergenza indicato all'interno dell'ascensore, senza ricevere alcun tipo di supporto concreto. Inoltre, ci sono stati imposti rigidi orari di silenzio, con un totale di 14 ore al giorno, sotto pena di una multa di 300€ se non rispettavamo le disposizioni. A complicare ulteriormente la situazione, ci è stato concesso un solo rotolo di carta igienica per cinque giorni, per due persone. Negli ultimi tre giorni del nostro soggiorno, ci è stata addirittura tolta l'acqua, impedendoci di utilizzare il water e costringendoci a lavarci utilizzando bottiglie d'acqua acquistate al supermercato.

“Ευχάριστη διαμονή,θα μπορούσε και καλύτερα αλλά περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα!”
+Ιδανική τοποθεσία σε κεντρικό σημείο,ακριβώς απέναντι στάση μετρό και στάσεις λεωφορείου,όλα δίπλα δεν ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε καθόλου. Ήταν καθαρά.
−Έλειπαν αρκετά πράγματα,το ίντερνετ δεν έπιανε σχεδόν καθόλου και τις 5 μέρες που μείναμε εκεί υπήρχε το ίδιο πρόβλημα,ελάχιστο χαρτί υγείας για 5 μέρες το οποίο δεν μας έφτασε. Η τηλεόραση επίσης δεν έπιανε καθόλου,ήταν συνδεδεμένη με το ίντερνετ οπότε δεν είχαμε καθόλου εικόνα. Στο ένα παράθυρο έλειπε κάλυμμα για το φως από έξω,θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο οργανωμένο από την στιγμή που μένει κόσμος μέσα.
