“Overall a great base for Newquay beaches”
+We thought the location was brilliant- we went to Newquay for the surf and we were close to all the great beaches. The view was absolutely lovely and the apartment was clean and well equipped. The single beds were comfy and it was great having two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to be able to park right outside. It was also nice being close to the lake and the cafe there. It was a great base for Newquay and all it has to offer.
−The minor downsides for us were: - the very uncomfortable sofas, which were just too small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers - the dining room chairs, one of which was broken - the water pressure in the shower was weak - an oven with barely visible symbols so we had to guess which setting to use to cook our dinner! Overall though, we had a lovely stay, and for some people these things probably wouldn’t bother them.

“Absolutely amazing stay.”
+Great location, Everything you need for a break along with things you wouldn’t get normally. Milk & biscuits are a nice touch gives a warm welcome. The outside space was perfect for sitting and chilling after a day on the beach. The owner has done everything you could possibly want we will definitely stay again.
−There was nothing we didn’t like but the only thing missing was a small freezer as we had bought some bits before getting to the property which had to be thrown away as they melted but no big issue.
