“Be aware of all the facts.”
+Easy walk into Ramsgate centre and to the harbour and beach. Spacious lounge room. View from balcony to the sea. Local map provided. 3 bedrooms but one rather pokey. Kitchen quite well equipped- large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher etc. But a bit more logic in the layout would have been helpful.
−When i tried to communicate with the managers using email and phone, there was no response! The hot water is very hot - how about turning it down so you aren't scalded in the tetchy shower? Be aware that there are sloping ceilings in bedrooms (head bang hazard). Floors also very uneven - its an old building but modernised. It is the top floor flat and is up several flights of stairs. When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon there wasn't any car spaces on the street nearby but it improved the next day. The TV needs attention. The instructions are inadequate and there is a Firestick but BBC iPlayer did not even load. No emergency contact info in instruction manual.

+Location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk from Ramsgate centre with its many bars and restaurants.

+Lovely spacious apartment, immaculate and very well equipped. Great spot for getting to beach and centre of Ramsgate. Quiet spot and parked easily outside. Would recommend and stay again

+We liked the space for 5 adults. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Location brilliant. Sea view. Would have been a lovely sea view from main bedroom if scaffolding hadn't been in the way but that is only temporary. 2 showers made it easy. A comfortable stay.
−Couldn't find any bins outside to put our rubbish and had to take recycling home to dispose of.

+A great location with the beach on your doorstep. A clean well presented home with everything you need and comfy beds.
−There was nothing not to like. Unfortunately scaffolding was up on the outside and was woken by workmen. The host made us aware a few days before we arrived and kept us updated. We know this was out of the host control .

+Great location clean and homely. Lots of extras considered in the kitchen with a well stocked range of herbs and cooking bits . Comfortable rooms and beds and overall a great stay
