“Great location, bad hygiene and assistance”
+The property is well located and suits perfectly if you plan a short stay in Budapest, alone or in a couple
−We didn’t like many things. First thing : the shower gel dispenser was empty and toiletries are included in the list of what the apartment offers. We asked for a refill but never received a reply. Walls have many stains , the extractor fan was full of dust and the toaster was with some bread crumbs inside, so the cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. The toilet seat is damaged, with part of the underlying wood exposed, creating a potential breeding ground for bacteria. No matter how thoroughly it is cleaned, proper hygiene cannot be guaranteed. So, if cleanliness and hygiene are important to you, I would not recommend this apartment. Likewise, if you value good customer service and responsive hosts, I would not recommend it either, as we received no response to any of our attempts to contact them during our stay.

+The location proximity to Budapest is good. It's not a far walk to New York cafe' and restaurants and groceries are very close and only a 15 minute walk to the bridge. Buses are also close. Check in had very detailed information and having a kitchenette with dishes, silverware, ways to cook and wash is always a bonus. Budapest itself was amazingly beautiful and fun to explore.
−A clean sheet was put over the dirty mattress cover that had not been washed and it had hair- dark blonde and curly black on it and some type of body fluid so we pulled it off. The mattress also had curly black hair on it which my husband hand picked off because we were tired from travelling. I reacted badly to the room (I don't need an allergy free room), the next morning we found black mold way above the windows and the host admitted to needing to do a better job with cleaning dust off of the wardrobe in their email. Also the vent by bed was black around it and dusty. We were written to that if we would pay to clean the room and agree to claim we were a no show (lie) they would refund us for the cleaning only, not for the room. We had already left prior to that an paid uber to move to another hotel and lost almost a day of our vacation dealing with this as well as 2 days for my health and energy to recover. They have refused to refund us. We left the day after check in, which required us to hotel 40 minutes from town. −Lack of sofa or any furniture to sit for a while. In addition, a small TV would also be benefitial.

+La ubicación en el Barrio Judío.
−La climatización de la casa estaba estropeada. El primer día nos asamos de calor y luego se apagó y teníamos frío. La cama tenía dos mini edredones (para camas de 90x1,80), siendo una cama de matrimonio, y no había sábana encimera. Tuvimos que envolvernos cada persona en nuestro edredón, lo que resultó incómodo.

−La doccia perde, il wc si intasa con niente. Avevamo chiesto un set extra di asciugamani che non ci è stato dato e c’era poca carta igienica. Non posso esprimermi sulla pulizia in una struttura che ha la moquette

“Komfortabler Aufenthalt im Stadtzentrum”
+Alles war perfekt: die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem, es gab Tee, Kaffee, Shampoo und Grundmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer und Olivenöl waren ebenfalls da. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und eindeutig und die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage im Zentrum.
−Der Kühlschrank ist etwas klein, dort passt leider nicht so viel rein.
