“Buyer Beware - read the small print!”
+Very central. Comfortable and clean.
−BEWARE! After booking my non refundable stay you are hit with a compulsory cleaning surcharge of €40 and city tax of €6 and you cannot check in without paying this on another website. This is in the small print before you book, but if compulsory really should be included in the booking.com fee. Secondly, I explicitly filtered my results on those properties which have parking. This property advertised there is parking but in the small print says it is an extra fee. It does not have parking, and you have to use public car parks. The closest one is 250m away and for 12 hours was €45. So my €86 one night stay turned into €177!!! This is blatant false advertising!

+Lovely stay overall. The location is perfect - central yet peaceful - and the flat itself is warm, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in via the app was smooth and very convenient.
−One small downside: there’s no microwave, which would’ve been handy. Also, be aware that there’s a cleaning fee not included in the final price shown on Booking.com; it’s only mentioned in the “Important Information” section, so double-check before booking.

“Perfect location for Como”
+The location was perfect, the facilities were great, the room was pretty soundproof we didn’t hear much and it was a busy street below, would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here for a great location in Como
−Overall we were very happy with the accommodation for our trip, we didn’t need to contact the host for keys etc, but the option was there. Overall, it was a very simple process and it cost effective choice of accommodation. Exactly what we wanted

+L'appartamento è bello e si trova in una buona posizione vicina a entrambe le stazioni dei treni. C'è un ascensore.
−Nel nostro caso, essendo non udenti, fare il check-in e il check-out con la box delle chiavi (che si trova dentro l'edificio) è stato complicato non essendoci stato nessuno ad accoglierci e spiegarci alcune cose come invece succede in altre case vacanze. Siamo stati aiutati da un negoziante e da un condomino. Inoltre, sul citofono non è indicata la casa vacanze quindi non eravamo sicuri di essere nel posto giusto.

“No lo recomiendo”
+Nada, no lo recomiendo.
−Mala ubicación, problemas para conseguir la entrada al alojamiento, y mal trato al cliente. No esperaba algo así de un alojamiento a ese precio. Además, no reconocen sus errores.

“Schrecklich und unzumutbar”
+Das Apartement ist gut gelegen
−Die Reinigung von das. 50 Euro muss extra bezahlt werden. Nachdem wir das Zimmer bereits bezahlt hatten, wurde die extra Rechnung präsentiert. Da meine Bank diese Überweisung nicht tätigte, kamen wir nicht ins Zimmer und könnten nicht einmal stornieren. Wir standen also 4 Stunden auf der Straße, obwohl wir gezahlt hatten. Wir hatten nur einen einzigen abend in Como , den hätten wir gern anders verbracht als am Telefon ohne Unterkunft. Wir sind empört und würden nie wieder in einem lime Hotel buchen.

+ترتيب الشقة ونظافتها رائعة
−المال الذي يؤخذ لأجل نظافة الغرفة لم يكن مشمولاً في السعر. وهذا يعتبر تيهان للزبائن. وقد كان باهضاً جداً جداً. لم يتعاون المضيف معنا في حفظ أمتعتنا أو إدخالها داخل البناية إلى حين عودتنا من الرحلة البحرية. بصراحة المضيف لم يكن متعاوناً إطلاقاً إطلاقاً
