“Perfect stay with a great host very clean and comfortable.”
+Perfect location. Very clean. Rooms comfortable. Great to have towel's and bedclothes'. Very easy to access and having a code for the door was excellent. Would recommend for a city visit.
−There is one bathroom with WC and one separate WC and not 2 bathrooms as advertised. Everything else was perfect.

−They say there is heating system and floor heating but they couldn't operate it even after they send someone, that claim he is the owner to see what's the problem .it was 3 degrees and ac didn't work. We had to freeze at night. There was construction going on the apartment right below us. Dust and noise from early morning. Elevator stuck twice. We had to carry the heavy switches 2 floors. We talk to the supervisor of the apartment, and also all this clear problems she denied all and start to behave rude and start to accuse as for breaking some minor stuff in the place. For this price there is much better options

+Very clean apartment, fully equipped, easy access. Two comfortable beds, nice towels and linen, 3 TVs, a cozy sofa, a bathroom and a small wc. Tap water with filter. The temperature was easy to set to each room seperately. Many cabinets. Superb aesthetics. Easy stroll to the old town, nice neighbourhood. Last, but not least, great communication with the owner before and during our stay.
−The building entrance was somehow not equivalent to the apartments interior. The elevator was not working when we arrived, but even if it did we would be too scared to take it. Still, second floor was not difficult to bear even with children. The only thing we missed was a microwave oven, although there was a convection wall oven. All in all , nothing was bad enough to make us dislike the house even a bit.

“Very well-designed apartment in an amazing location”
+The location was great and central. Most apartments in the city look aged, but this one was renovated very well and modern. It was very comfortable and equipped with AC units which are necessary in the summer since the temperature outside reaches 35c.
−Nothing major. There are additional charges that most other stays wouldn't charge for. I.e. extra towels. Also, there are unnecessary signs around the apartment that point out penalties & fines for obvious things.

“Excellent apartment in the city center, comfortable and quiet”
+This was definitely was one of the best apartments I've stayed in...anywhere. It's extremely nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The location is of course great, especially because even though it's in the city center, the view is to the back so you get a lot of quiet. I slept considerably better than i do home (i do live in Barcelona so it's not exactly "quiet". Heating in the floor makes the whole apartment heat up quickly when you arrive and everything is just very comfortable.

+Extremely centrally located. Close to many eateries and public transport. Host was easy to contact through WhatsApp for assistance and was very helpful when required. Lovely, comfortable accommodation.

“Do not hesitate, Best AirBnB type Place I have ever stayed in!!”
+The place was AMAZING! The location could not be better. It made our stay so magical and one of my favorite parts of the trip was being able to stay here. The host communication was awesome. Even better than the pictures. Do not hesitate, book it...better than any 5 star hotel!
−I give this place 10 stars for sure. Only thing to note: one of the rooms has a frosted glass panes(you can see this behind the couch in living room)...so if the lights are on in the livingroom, they shine thru to the bedroom. The other bedroom is completely dark. Also, the elevator is fine, really...just a little bit shaky...adds character. If I had known these things, I still would not have hesitated to stay here. It is ridiculously awesome. And, you won't find a better location....sooooo much better than staying in Old Town.
