“Good value for money, great location, flat has steep stairs and could have better facilities.”
+The location of the flat is great, it is on a street that is slightly rough but a few minutes walk takes you to nicer areas. Lots of supermarkets on the street. Small clean flat, perfect for a couple.
−The building is charming, but old and dirty ( on the outside). Its fine inside. The biggest issue is that we weren't told that the stairs to the beedroom are steep and can be tricky at night. Also, the TV didn't work ( which is ok because it wasn't listed) and there was no clothes rack or city view ( listed), Also the kitchen has no stove, only a microwave.

+The apartment was cozy, clean and warm. The location was great, in the centre of the city and everything was near to the apartment. I would book the same again in the future.

“Excelente departamento en el corazón de Budapest.”
+El departamento estaba muy bien ubicado. Cerca d centro y de los bares para comer o tomar algo por la noche. También tenía comercios de cercanía en los alrededores lo cual siempre es útil. Además es tal cual las fotos, el edificio es viejo y pintoresco y adentro del departamento está todo remodelado y nuevo. Cómodo y funcional. Muy recomendable.
−No hubo nada que no me gustara. Si puedo recalcar que no tiene cortinas black out por lo cual si te molesta la luz por la mañana debes tenerlo en cuenta. En mi caso se solucionó con un antifaz para dormir que siempre llevo a mis viajes.

+Lokalizacja dobra, blisko restauracje, bary, supermarkety, kamienica klimatyczna, Pani, która przekazywała nam klucze miła. Zostawiona była kartka z miejscami, które warto zobaczyć.
−Pokój nie był czysty, hasło do wifi było niepoprawnie napisane, po kontakcie z wynajmujący w tej sprawie dostałam od niego złe hasło, po czym już się więcej nie odezwał w tej sprawie. Był problem z ogrzewaniem, więc momentami było zimno. Schody na antresolę niewygodne. Łazienka niewygodna, ze względu na piecyk gazowy bezpośrednio przy toalecie, woda w umywalce spływała bardzo powoli, w prysznicu momentami słabe ciśnienie wody.

+Η τοποθεσία του ήταν σε κεντρικό δρόμο , κοντά σε μετρό και στάσεις λεωφορείων. Επίσης, σε απόσταση μικρότερη ενός χιλιομέτρου είχε εστιατόρια και καφετέριες. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και το δωμάτιο καθαρό και πολύ ζεστό. Είχε μια μικρή κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα και ένα μικρό ψυγείο ιδανικό για κάποια πράγματα . Σε γενικές γραμμές θα πω ότι η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική .
−Το μόνο που με ενόχλησε ήταν το γεγονός ότι το μπάνιο είχε μικρό κάδο σκουπιδιών και για μια διαμονή 5 ημερών , όπως καταλαβαίνετε δεν αρκούσε . Οπως επίσης και το χαρτί υγείας για 2 άτομα ήταν λίγο , οπότε αναγκαστικά έπρεπε να αγοράσουμε επιπλέον . Ισως θα έπρεπε ανά 2 μέρες να υπάρχει καθαρισμός και ας μην είναι ξενοδοχείο .Κατά δεύτερον , το κρεβάτι είχε πολλά μαξιλάρια (4) τα οποία ήταν άβολα και το πάπλωμα δεν ήταν το καλύτερο . Η παπλωματοθήκη του γλιστρούσε συνεχώς αφού ήταν χωρίς φερμουάρ .
