+Gorgeous place to rest and relax, nice touch with complimentary beers.
−Cleanliness was generally good however a few things could be improved. Dirty plate when I went to use it( food stuck to plate), used plaster stuck to the side of the bed. Sponge to wash the dishes was dirty( white thick stuff). Out of there control but both mornings was woken up early with bin men and the pub next to the property receiving a delivery

+Location is in heart of Windermere. A stones throw from all amenities. QL contains all that you need for a lovely stay. Nice touch with both the retro arcade machine and the tablet connected to sound system for music. It was just our styling completely. We said if we owned a place like that, that is exactly the look we would be going for.
−Although QL was pretty clean, there were a few places showed no signs of having been cleaned recently. Under cushions on the couch and chair were pretty dirty. There was a build up of dust under the couch along with a lighter on the floor under the table ( we threw it in the bin seeing as no one meant to be smoking in QL anyway ), and the cupboard doors needed a wipe down ( my other half did this as we had wipes with us ). None of this would put us off revisiting in he future.

+Beautiful room, everything was like a fairytale . I loved it!
−The staff were really hard to get hold of and I needed help with getting into the room the first night, I couldn't get in and had to stay elsewhere .Apart from that it was perfect

+The property is absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful and it is very well furnished. It is so close to the village with many lovely shops and places to eat and a very short drive down to the lake. The owners sent lots of message prior to the stay with recommendations for places to eat and drink and just generally very helpful information. The property was very easy to access via the code. Wonderful location and a stunning property.

−I think the bath should be a little bigger given the audience this room attracts and caters for and the trim around it needs some attention however these are very small things considering how good the room is.

+Perfect 40th Birthday Getaway in Windermere We recently stayed at this beautiful apartment in Windermere to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and comfortable , the ideal place to relax and celebrate together. The location was brilliant, with everything we needed nearby and stunning surroundings to enjoy throughout our stay. The apartment had such a welcoming feel and all the little touches made it extra special for a birthday getaway.
