“Good location, comfy house. Good space for family with teenagers”
+Great location, nice size. Warm and cosy. Had what we needed. Welcome pack appreciated.
−Not quite enough seating for family of four. Pull down bed not very comfy. Front door unusable, and porch door wouldn’t shut which caused a draft. Light in lounge was dim. Everything looked nice of the surface but was a little tired on further look.

+Loved the location - Easy to find the keys - very clean - perfect for what we needed it for.
−The fact it only had 1 bathroom and the bed in the spare room was a queen so quite small for 2 of us! But overall really enjoyed it so thank you

−Noise of the seagulls on the roof at dawn but what can you do ? It's near the sea after all ;-)

“Don't bother, waste of money”
+Location, right on the quay
−Health and safety; couldn't open all windows and doors. Electrical items out of date pat testing. Carbon monoxide alarm had no start date so potentially out of date. Front door stiff Poor hygiene; blood on walls, cobwebs, dirty fridge, chipped dirty crockery, gritty kitchen floor and greasy worktops Bedrooms; no wardrobe hanging space, no bedside tables or lamps in the back bedroom with uncomfortable bed due to loose slats on bedframe.. The middle bedroom you couldn't walk around the bed, was just a bed wedged in a room. The front bedroom was ok. No welcome pack to advise on how to use any of the appliances and no tourist information but did leave biscuits, crisps and milk. Be aware this property is advertised as 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It actually has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, downstairs toilet, one living room and 1 dining room. It sleeps 6 but you will have to eat at different times as there is not enough crockery to go round! Be mindful that you have to duck under some eyelevel branches entering/exiting rear of the property and have to bend low to access key safe.

“Lovely house in great location”
+The property is in a great location, just by the river and very close to cafes, pubs, bars and restaurants. Clean and tidy, comfortable. We didn’t make use of it fully as we were out and about but kitchen seemed to be very well equipped. Nice touch with bags of crisps and biscuits available on arrival. Would definitely return.

“Lovely”
+Needs rug or heavy curtains in dining room as the room eco throughout the house, bathroom needs and upgrade and could do with an extra shower instead of big utility and I presume this is a future thought too considering the tiling state in downstairs toilet. Very nice house and in excellent location.

“Home away from home.”
+It is a stunning house. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the details were thought of to make us feel welcome and have everything we need. Amazing location to go and have dinner in a great array of restaurants and amd short walk into the high street.
