+great location if you want to stay in the center of the city
−lack of fresh air and sunlight, only 1 window to the narrow street. it was dark in the the apartment all the time lack of facilities such as kitchen towels or napkins. broken kettle and no little spoons. such details normally make the stay comfortable

+The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the airport shuttle drop off - Roma stop, all the main tourist sites and eateries. The apartment was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

“Very nice apartment in the center of Palermo”
+The Location cannot be beat. Excellent. The Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I could not figure out the Minisplit remote. Loft added a lot of space to the room. Bed was very comfortable.
−The kitchenette was ill equipped. The Tea pot was full of build up. The Mocha pot was tiny and very old and unclean. Coffee cups were stained. Calcium deposits on the faucet. The bathroom shower glass had soap build up. Narrow stairs to the loft were unnerving to descend at 2am when needing the toilet.

+Great central location, fabulous roomy living room and kitchen. Great recommendations from owner. We resourced unit with a lovely holiday feel.
−Second bedroom very squeezy, maybe some provisions outside the room to store suitcases/ belongings.

“The perfect place to stay in Palermo!”
+The location of the apartment was perfect, right near Centro Storico and lots of tourists attractions and restaurants. All the rooms were exceptionally clean and it smelled wonderful! The beds were comfy. The air conditioning was very good. The kitchen was well equipped.
−The second bedroom was a bit stuffy as the aircon didn't reach it. The shower wasn't very powerful. The kettle needs to be replaced.
