+Booked for 10 members. All members are happy with the facilities provided. Feel like our own home. Caretaker Beena was very supportive and informative. Good for families and well as Friends groups.

“A wonderful and comfortable family stay with excellent hospitality and service.”
+We had a great stay with our family. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Special thanks to Beena, the caretaker, for her warm hospitality and excellent service.
−Very little to mention. I would recommend to have a safety door/gate for the indoor stairs for families with young children. Also, there is a raised cement bump at the main gate that came into contact with our car’s underbody, I recommend that future visitors take care when driving in.

“Not reflective of the price charged”
+The porch and the garden
−This property was significantly more expensive than similar properties in the area, so we expected the quality and facilities to justify the higher price. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The listing was misleading. It was advertised as a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property with 5 beds. In reality, only 3 bedrooms were fully usable, and only 2 of the 3 bathrooms were functioning. Of the 5 beds advertised, only 3 were suitable for adults. The other 2 were single beds with extremely thin mattresses (approximately 1-2 cm thick), making them very uncomfortable. The property itself is dated, dusty, in addition to this we were not provided with a dust pan. The bathrooms had a persistent urine smell from the day we arrived. No cleaning products were provided, so we had to buy our own to clean them. No cleaning arrangements were made during our stay on the property either for these issues. Despite doing so, the unpleasant odour remained. Only one shower worked properly throughout our stay. The air conditioning was another major issue. Only 3 bedrooms had air conditioning, and those units frequently stopped working. We repeatedly contacted the host, who sent someone to inspect an

“A home away from home”
+We absolutely loved this house. We ended up staying for a few weeks as it felt like home and had everything we needed for our family vacation. It was very easy booking with Saira assisting us and her mother Sheelu and caretaker Beena made sure we had everything to ensure our comfort. The location is great and sitting on the front porch or back balcony was a feast for the eyes and senses with all the nature. We can't wait to go back and stay again

“Exceptional”
+I chose this property for a friend's gathering. The check-in process was smooth, and Beena was particularly helpful throughout the entire procedure. The staff are very friendly and carry out their responsibilities efficiently. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with basic cooking facilities including a gas stove and essential utensils. The property is located in a residential area, so guests are expected to avoid making excessive noise at night so as not to cause inconvenience to the neighbors. Overall, the stay was worth the money. Thank you, Puthenveedu.🤍
