+Everything! One of the best places we have rented so far. The location and view is stunning and the house and its patio and garden are incredibly beautiful. Very peaceful location. The apartment itself is well equipped. We also really appreciated the beach umbrella we could borrow.
−This is very minor but I recommend to improve two things: replace the sofa (it is very small and not comfortable, so there is a lack of good seating inside); and change some lightbulbs - most bulbs are very cold white lighting and having warmer lighting would make the space more comfortable at night.

“Logement parfait avec une vue magnifique”
+Logement parfait pour visiter ce coin de Sardaigne. Propre, très bien équipé, très beau. Les deux terrasses avec les magnifiques vues et à quelques minutes de belles plages. Davide était très gentil et de bons conseils. Merci pour tout

“Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung”
+Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Was für eine herrliche Aussicht. Sehr großes, sauberes Appartement mit einem tollen Garten, den wir mitbenutzen durften. Große Küche mit allem was man braucht. Von Backofen, Gefrierschrank, viel Töpfe, Pfannen, sogar diverse Kochutensilien waren da. Es gibt eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, wir filterten unseren Kaffee selber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. In Nebida gibt es zwei kleine Lebensmittel Läden, weniger Restaurants, daher noch sehr ruhig.

+Nous avons apprécié l emplacement avec la vue incroyable sur les couchés de soleil. Terrasse et jardin parfait pour les petits déjeuner et dîners. Maison parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Depuis la maison sont accessibles plusieurs plages magnifiques à moins de 15 minutes. Snorkeling assuré, eau parfaitement transparente ! Merci pour ce séjour

+Nuostabiausi apartamentai Sardinijoje! Viskas buvo tiesiog tobula - nuo jaukių ir puikiai įrengtų apartamentų iki išpuoselėtos aplinkos. Didžiausias atradimas - nuostabi terasa su nepakartojamu, tarsi iš atviruko atkeliavusiu vaizdu. Ten praleistos akimirkos tapo vienais gražiausių viešnagės prisiminimų. Labai maloniai nustebino šeimininkų dėmesys detalėms - šaldytuve mūsų laukė palikti gėrimai, kas iš karto sukūrė jaukumo ir svetingumo jausmą. Tai vieta, kur norisi sugrįžti dar kartą. Nuoširdžiai rekomenduojame - vieni gražiausių ir jaukiausių apartamentų Sardinijoje!

+Nous avons passé une semaine fantastiques à Punta Speranza. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Davide mais il était extrêmement disponible par message. Les vues depuis la maison sont fantastiques. Elle est bien équipée, tout est pratique. Merci pour tout.

+Bellissimo appartamento con vista mare. Il giardino è molto curato ma non accessibile, non è comunque un problema perché gli spazi esterni sono più che sufficienti. Tutto molto pulito e particolarmente curato. Consiglio!
−Credo non sia adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie perché c'è una stradina in salita ( 20 mt) e poi scalini per accedere alla struttura.

“The perfect house with stunning sea views!”
+Punta Speranza is an amazing place to stay in Nebida! The sea view is absolutely breathtaking, and the house is beautifully maintained. Davide is a fantastic host - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help ❤️ We especially loved the shaded terrace with its stunning sea view, the barbecue, and the washing machine, which was very convenient. The private sun terrace is another highlight - you can relax and sunbathe in complete privacy thanks to the peaceful location. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the garden is beautiful, and it is obvious that the hosts take great pride in caring for the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended! 😍
