“The stay was ruined for 4 nights with the lads who rented the villa next door coming in in the early hours and continued”

“Would stay again. This villa could be very very good with a bit money spent on it.”
+Location excellent. Pool area great and outside fridge an extra bonus.
−Could do with an update. Oven needs replacing as you can’t make out what setting it is on as the info has been removed by cleaning. Beds not great, downstairs basement room could be extended out a little further and made into bigger bedroom.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay, the location was just perfect. But the owner needs to make some renovation to the proprety”
+Location was perfect, near the main restaurants street and close to the beach. The house was spacious and perfect for a group of people.
−The AC in one of the room was not working, despite the fact that I asked the staff to make sure all ACs were working 2 weeks in advance. When I we reported the issue with the AC, the staff were very helpful and send a technician very quickly, which we appreciated a lot. Some of the mattresses were quite old and over-used, the owner should consider buying new ones. There is an issue with the sink in the bathroom upstairs, the pipes are clogged…

“Spacious superbly located villa”
+Lovely spacious villa, excellent location . Plenty of choice for alfresco dining, shadyl spots available throughout the building
−Lots of steps for anyone with mobility issues also marble so slip hazard. States towels provided but you do need own pool towels , as no laundry service mid week

“Would definitely return”
+Excellent location. Within easy walking distance to the main strip and the beach. Lidl supermarket is a 2 minute walk. The villa was very well equipped. Showers are excellent and so powerful. The lounge area is very comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Loved the extra fridge freeze on the outside patio area...so convenient.
−A little TLC required. The outside area needs painting. Kitchen cupboard doors need updating. Sun loungers need padded cushions Some of the outdoor chair cushions need replacing.

+nice size pool, good outside area & nice location
−villa is a lot more run down than the pictures make out. owner doesn’t know how many showers property has. when I asked I got told there’s 1 when there’s in fact 2. the worst part of the stay was the swimming pool turned my swimwear and towels yellow - only to be told this is normal from sun cream. been on holiday plenty of times & this has never happened. they should invest more money to deep cleaning the pool regularly.

“Stort hus med underbar pool”
+Utmärkt läge alldeles bredvid Lidl och en kort promenad ner till huvudgatan och stränderna. Stort hus med fyra sovrum och flera sittplatser utomhus. Poolen var väldigt uppskattat!
