+The apartment is small, but very comfortable, modern and clean. The location is excellent, taking around 10 minutes to the old town and beaches (we went on foot to Kaštelet beach for instance). The apartment had a small kitchnette with bread, butter, jam, coffee and water, which was a major plus. We never met the host in person, but he sent all the clear instructions for self check-in, and answered all questions quickly. The free.parking zone was also a major plus.
−Small detail: since the parking was on the street, there's no guaranteed parking spot. However, the streets behind the apartment also have free parking and between one or the other I always found a place to park.

“Cute bright bedroom 15min from the rush”
+Super clear instructions, clean and cute bedroom. Nice location, in a quiet and more local part of Split, 15min walk from downtown. I really liked the mini-kitchen, it had everything I needed. It's very close to Marjan and to the beaches.

“Best apartment in split!”
