“It was fantastic”
+I loved the comfort of the place and it had everything we needed, somethings I brought along were not needed because I didn’t expect them to be provided. My kids didn’t want to leave, my husband can’t stop talking about the facility. And the fact it was located near shops and access to buses was very easy was a thrill. We are definitely coming there again. I can’t forget I needed to leave later than the stipulated check out time and they were absolutely amazing in understanding my dilemma.

“Bad stay , noise from drums every day , would not recommend to anyone , complained on the 1st night about the drum noise”
+Easy access to bus routes into central London
−Day 1 , someone was playing the drums very loud from 18:00 till 21:00 below us Day 2 same people decided they would play music extremely loud from 19:00 till 20:30 Day 3 again someone playing drums badly from 18:00 till 21:30 Day 4 again drums being played from 17:30 till 18:30 , outside the bins are overflowing with rubbish , no washing up liquid , you have to mess with shower to get temperature correct , it keeps going hot & cold , the head on the shower only sprays out about 6 jets main door lock to flat very stiff & awkward to open

“Very basic flat but cheap for inner London.”
+Good location close to Deptford station and cafes/bars.
−Very basic property. No mirror anywhere in the flat. No attachment for shower head . Bedroom has no windows. Windows in the lounge are covered by unsightly grills. Difficult to find the block - Kingfisher Square is unmarked- look for a run down small block near Dolphin Court.

“Lovely landlord but poor cleaning standards”
+Lovely house, lounge is as advertised, kitchen is as advertised too, very comfortable bed, speedy wifi, modern tv,
−the bathroom was very dirty, under the sink is leaking and dirty, toilet is stained on the inside, bath tub has no stopper, bath tub water temp is never constant, hot and cold here and there..bedroom was alright but there are no windows in there or a/c. Place isn’t easy to locate, it’s kind of located above a church so it’s quite noisy on Saturday evening and Sunday morning was worse. Landlord barely answers my the phone but they do respond on the app (booking.com) which we figured later on. Lovely landlord though
