“Views were fabulous, accommodation good”
+Views from balcony were amazing. Proximity to where we needed.
−Balcony needed a good clean, cobwebs on glass everywhere. Noise from trains with doors open was distracting.

“Absolutely fantastic apartment. We will come back when being in the city again”
+We had a great stay in this wonderful apartment. The view to the city was spectacular at day and night. We loved the large terrace with all the furniture… The large windows of the living room makes us feeling day and night to be a part of the city. We loved the styling of the rooms. The location is absolutely great. You can reach almost every area by walking. Car parking included. Super.

+The location is second to none. Host communication was fantastic. Great parking with lots of room. And the apartment itself was amazing; clean, comfortable, great rooms and amazing balcony with fabulous views. Very happy with our stay.

“It had a great view but I wouldn’t stay here again due to cleanliness.”
+The view of southbank from the balcony area was amazing. The location was easy for walking or catching trams.
−The property was definitely not up to my cleanliness standards. I’m not sure what happened and whether or not it was actually cleaned prior to our arrival but there was clutter in the lounge room including an ironing board, large foam roller and an electric heater just sitting in the corner of the room. There was a plastic bottle underneath TV unit (wasn’t ours) not sure how that didn’t get noticed when cleaning the room prior? There was hair behind the couch and even worse was what was underneath the couch - looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months! There was rubbish in between the couch cushions and a random shoe under one of the beds which makes me think it was not cleaned thoroughly at all! We had issues with the car park and also someone dialing our intercom at 11:30pm which luckily didn’t wake our 2 year old daughter up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here with a child. Even the games in the drawer had been written on with disturbing words… lucky my daughter can’t read yet. Makes me wonder what happened in this apartment before our arrival. The photos look much more appealing than the real thing.

“I would not recommend staying here if you like working facilities and a nice smelling apartment.”
+I liked the balcony and the views.
−The apartment complex smells very bad. The corridors leading to the apartment smelt like old cheese and noodles, which was very off putting and made us want to be away from the apartment all the time. We were given 1 towel per person for a 4 night trip so we eventually had to wash them. When washing the towels in the washing machine I did not realise that the handle was completely torn off. After 20mins we were finally able to open it with a butter knife and retrieve our washing. The whole apartment was cleaned at the bare minimum and the couch was so gross. It had stains everywhere and seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. If you don’t mind smells, loud trains, stains and broken facilities, this is the place for you!

−The place needs a good clean. The sofa and outdoor furniture were pretty grubby. Not many kitchen amenities were supplied.

+View was gorgeous, talked to a lady called pearl, she really did her best to make sure I was happy in the end.
−As soon as I walked into the building itself it smelled and looked great. No concierge/receptionist which was a bit odd. When we took the elevator up to our floor I was taken back by the smell in the corridors, carpet definitely needed a deep clean, didn't see a cleaner not once throughout my stay. When we arrived inside the apartment, the room didn't smell the best, walls needed a bit of a wipe down to get rid of any stains on them. Lights needed to be checked to make sure that ALL were working. The towels were not hung up. They were still in the dryer. The fairy lights outside were not hanging on the wall. They were hanging down and we had to put them up ourselves. They didn't even work. The couches needed a steam clean. The pillows needed a steam clean. The cups needed to be cleaned properly and polished so they're shiny and look clean. The shower needs a deep clean and to be scrubbed because of the amount of bacteria that can roam it needs to be scrubbed so mould doesn't build up... They need cleaners who actually know what they're doing and put effort in.
