“Very good”
+Spacious house with 3 double bedrooms... A beautiful wrap around garden with abundance of flowers and fig trees. Marina , the host is very friendly and helpful..... I would recommend this property for a stay in sidari....
−Just not to be to negative, but be cautious coming out of the exit gate as it is a blind spot for on coming traffic....

“Quaint Greek bungalow”
+Marina was an excellent host, quick to reply to messages. She went out of her way doing a shop for us and even finding some English books to read. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, with Marina cleaning throughout and changing bedding and towels after 1 week. The bungalow is well situated, 1 minute walk to a newly opened Chinese, the fabulous Ruby's bar and less than 5 minutes to 3 supermarkets and local tavernas Bavios and Salt and Pepper, both excellent homemade food. Short walk one direction to Christina's pool bar - fabulous Sunday lunch (between 7-9pm), the other to Oasis (Greek taverna) and Venezia (great fillet steak) and opposite Venezia a wonderful independent supermarket - look out for Kosta, such a friendly man. Went on the strip during the day, not for us as too hot and busy. Walked to Canal D'Amour, worth taking photos. Lovely beach behind the strip and some good local tavernas, enjoyed El Greco, oldest taverna in Sidari. Lovely friendly people. Nice outside space and the property next door is unoccupied as Marina owns it and is awaiting renovation so you have the grass space all to yourself.
−The constant noise both day and night from motorbikes, no let up during the early hours so we had very little sleep. The bungalow has air con only in the hallway so kitchen and bedrooms are very warm, even with shutters open. Kitchen was small and very dark, certainly not space if you want to do a lot of cooking and eating in - wouldn't recommend for 6 people. 4 people would be cosy. No plug in kitchen sink despite telling host so had to wash pots under running hot water only! Bathroom fine for 2 but again wouldn't fancy for any more people. Only 1 small and 1 bath towel per person each week - whilst there's a washing machine, it's not economical to keep washing towels (need to take own powder). A change of towels every 3 days would be better. Only 1 set of house keys, 2 sets would be better.

“Small but comfy house in a good location”
+Princess house was an ideal choice of our family of 6 adults and a 2-year old baby. It's 3 mins from a cafe, restaurant and supermarket, 10 mins from the closest beach, 13 mins from the strip. The house comes with 3 bedrooms and a small(ish) kitchen and dining room. We did not cook much so it was enough for us. Also, there is a small barbecue in the garden, which was great (except that it was still very hot in the evening so we did not spend much time there either). I think they have a well because we did not have water issues even when we heard other places did. We rented a car so parking in the yard was great, too. The price was also quite reasonable compared to others in Sidari or elsewhere in such good location. All in all it was what we expected and we had a great time there.
−There are sliding doors to one of the bedrooms and the bathroom (ad the kitchen, too), which are quite noisy. There is only one A/C in the hall, so we had to keep the bedrooms open. This was OK for us but be prepared.

−très bruyant la nuit, des motos et voitures sans arrêt. la climatisation que dans le couloir qui nécessite de laisser les portes ouvertes des chambres et porte salle de bain et cuisine qui coulissent très mal.

+It was a pleasant stay! There are three spacious rooms and a beautiful garden full of flowers. The accommodation is close to souvenir shops, cafes, and restaurants, with three large stores for stocking up on supplies located right nearby. You can park your car in the courtyard, though doing so was a bit of a challenge each time; still, having on-site parking is essential. We needed an invoice, and the host eventually managed to help us with that. The beach we visited most often was Apotripiti.

“Összességében szép és kényelmes volt 6 fő részére”
+Aranyos volt a szállásadó és segítőkész.
−Az általunk bérelt autókat nem kaptuk meg amit előre kifizettünk. Így taxival kellett eljutnunk a szállásig ami nagy anyagi kiesést jelentett. Hiába hívtuk őket nem vették fel.

“Inoltre la casa si trova vicina al meraviglioso "canal D'Amour"”
+Marina, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima a darci tutte le informazioni su cosa visitare. Inoltre per ogni bisogno, sempre disponibile e simpatica - ci ha regalato persino le uova delle sue galline.. 🤗
−Nulla, anzi direi che è stato il massimo trovare per 3 persone tre camere in modo di avere ognuno la propria privacy e il giardino tutto attorno alla casa singola è il top ⬆️
