+It had an Ac
−It didn’t have proper bedsheets soo at night we would find ourselves touching the mattress and the mattress was disgusting it was dirty and had stains on it which was pretty gross we kept re doing the bed but it was for nothing cause it was the proper mattress cover it was a normal throw over other than that i wasn’t bad.The Tv was contacted to the wifi and when i texted the property to tell me how to connect a very simple question they didn’t which was very rude of them because me and my partner had a late flight grab something to eat and wanted to chill and watch some tv to be well rested for the next day…

“Dirty, Freezing, and Fraudulent Parking - Avoid at All Costs!”
+I would like to say that I liked the bed, if it wasn’t dirty and full of somebody else’s hair and perfume. 💀
−1. ZERO support from the owner: We arrived to find no warm water or heating in the apartment, this is during winter, with the room temperature at around 15°C. I contacted the owner multiple times via Booking.com and iMessage (messages were delivered but never read), but I never received a single response. Absolutely no support throughout our stay. 2. PARKING IS A SCAM: The listing falsely claims there is private parking. The owner instructs you to park in designated spots (8, 10, 11, 12), but warns they may already be occupied. This was a major red flag. When we parked in one of these spots, the next morning, the neighbors approached us, informing us the parking spots do not belong to the apartment. They also warned we could receive a penalty ticket if we didn’t move the car. Turns out, the owner randomly assigns parking spots that don’t belong to the property and leaves guests to deal with the consequences. Parking was a nightmare throughout our stay. 3. DIRTY AND UNBEARABLY SMELLY: The apartment was filthy and smelled awful. Air fresheners were placed in an attempt to mask the odor, but they only made the room smell like a perfumed, unclean toilet. The entire experience was disgus

“Not too bad, but stll needs some improvement”
+Central location, available parking area.
−It can and should be much cleaner! Sheets did not look clean and changed after previous guests. There were hairs on the pillows. I understand that the price is not high, but still there are minimum hygiene standards that must be observed. The place smells of cigarette smoke and is quite humid as it is on an underground floor with small windows. If they improve the hygiene and remove the smell it could become a good value for money option for a night or two.
