“Very disappointing.”
+The location is perfect, beautiful neighborhood. Very touristy and close to many historic sites, as well as shopping and restaurants.
−My main purpose was a quiet location to get work done. Unfortunately I had extremely limited WiFi initially and none at all for the following few days. I refrained from contacting them again after the initial short lived fix. I was told that the entire area was currently having trouble with WiFi and there wasn’t anything they could do. But I was also told that I couldn’t access my personal service ( the USA phone, nor my local SIM card) due to the “old buildings with the thick walls”. So that was that. I resorted in going to different cafes and noisy places (I was trying to avoid to begin with), in order to be able and do my work online. Aside that, the place will do if you’re only searching for location to sleep. It does not look like in the pictures and the closet is a metal gym locker.

“Depressing, dirty and probably not safe to live in.”
+The air conditioning and the clean bedsheets made it tolerable
−Everything else. I would not recommend staying here. All the rooms and poorly cleaned, an insanely mouldy bathroom, mildew on every ceiling, walls that are in desperate need of repainting. The worst thing was probably the damp smell which made me feel sick. The bathroom ceiling was on the verge of collapse. Yes it was a cheap find, but it didn’t reach the minimum standard of hygiene at all. I wish we noticed how dirty the place was before Luigi left, but it was too much of a complication to change everything about the accommodation situation.

+La posizione è stategica. Il personale che gestisce in particolare il sig. Luigi molto gentile e disponibile..
−Le foto inserite rispettano in parte la realtà. Molto trascurato. Richiede manutenzione e una sola finestra che affaccia su un cortile, non offre luce all' ambiente. Bagno senza bidè e tenda per la doccia che ovviamente non frena la fuoriuscita dell'acqua. Bagno senza finestra e con crepe in più punti. Tenda con bastone pericolante. Crepe anche nella stanza dove c'è il letto. Porta di ingresso con difficoltà nell' apertura. Inoltre scarsa illuminazione Non consiglio e non tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura.

+L’unica nota positiva è la posizione centrale.
−Le camere purtroppo non erano pulite, sui muri era presente muffa e di conseguenza tutto l’appartamento aveva un pessimo odore. Nel bagno non è presente né una finestra, né una ventola, né uno scopino per il water.

“Ottima posizione, molto economico. Niente di più”
+Ottima posizione, a due passi da piazza Plebiscito e da via Toledo. Via Chiaia è abbastanza tranquilla e sicura. Per vedere la città a piedi è una posizione ottimale. Primo piano con ascensore, aria condizionata, cucinino piccolo ma utilizzabile. Chi ci ha dato le chiavi è stato molto gentile e disponibile.
−La camera è all'interno di un palazzo datato e si notano finiture, infissi, arredamenti e tutto il contesto è un po' datato. Il bagno è piccolo e avrebbe bisogno di una risistemata per sembrare un po' meno fatiscente. Il problema vero è stato il boiler dell'acqua calda sanitaria. Quello installato nell'appartamento è bastato appena per la doccia di una persona (che è stata attenta a non sprecare acqua) e chi ha fatto la doccia dopo s'è ritrovato con l'acqua gelida. Una esperienza non piacevole (era inverno) e non comunicata preventivamente dai gestori.
