+The location of the property so close to the main square and Menin Gate was perfect. The provision of secure parking was a great help. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was superb, seemed like a brand new kitchen of the highest quality. Bathrooms all brilliant with powerful showers. The layout of the house over 3 levels provided plenty of space so people did not feel crowded, which also applied to the downstairs rooms with courtyard, tv lounge, music room, so everyone could find space to relax. Finally the well stocked fridge with beers and wines and copious snacks, sweets and chocolates, all provided as part of the rental was a wonderful touch.
−Nothing. If I could take this property with me when I visit other cities around Europe I would do so. As an observation a lot of properties of this size would have ensuite bathrooms, this did not. It would have spoilt the character of the house to have wedged some in when the 3 bathrooms were plenty for all guests,.

“Superb property in a great location.”
+Fantastic location 2 minutes walk from main square with a private garage. The fridge was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Steven the owner was there to meet us and on hand if needed.

+The three storey house is beautiful. Has everything you need for a stay in Ypres. The owner was very welcoming and showed us where everything was we needed. The extra touches like chocolate, tea, coffee, drinks and snack was lovely.

+The host and property were of the highest quality. If ever returning to Ypres we would look no further to stay.
−We were a family of 9 on a special holiday. We had our children and grandchildren with us . There was nothing not to like about this property. The property catered for all ages.

+The hosts met us to welcome us with a gift and showed us around the house. The information manual provided is very comprehensive. They have anticipated everything you could possibly need, providing a home from home. The house is amazing.
