“Good location, helpful staff, comfortable bed, good shower, spacious suite”
+Communication was excellent before, during and after. Ivan and Thomas were both wonderful communicators. Accessing was very easy. Although we weren't physically met by someone, we were guided, by Ivan, step by step virtually via whatsApp. It was very smooth The suite is spacious, clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom large with a nice walking shower and a kitchenette (stove, fridge and a few cups, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine basically all that you need. They took the extra step to add a small kit that included a sponge, dishwashing liquid and a rag to wipe the counter or your dishes. I thought that was very thoughtful. Tea and coffee were included as well as two bottled water. We got a text the next day asking if we needed the room cleaned or fresh towels, water, tea, coffee etc....They were really great hosts. The location is excellent, if you love being in the middle of the action. It is steps from the Duomo, the Galleria and in the heart of the car free zone. The taxi dropped us off just a few steps away, no big deal.
−I had to give it a 9 instead of a 10 because a couple of little things bothered us. First, no place to hang your towels. They must have had two hooks that fell and were never replaced because the holes were in the wall. We struggled to find a spot to hang are wet towels. The towel warmer wasn't working. They did explain how to switch it on but it didn't work. Since we were there just two days, it was ok. They did make it up by sending a lot of fresh towels. One thing for sure, they are not short on towels. They are generous and that was very helpful so thank you.
